A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE SALESPERSON GAVE QUOTE ME THE PRICE FOR MY TRADE IN AND I QUOTED MY PRICE AND WE MADE A SALE.

From the smiling employees to the very polite and jubilant finance lady, they made the car buying experience uncommonly pleasurable. The only thing to note with the dealership was the lack of parking. HOWEVER!!, The financial institutions they work with, TERRIBLE! The financial institutions they work with (PNC, specifically) will sell your information and you have to call and "opt out" of having them do this. In this day and era, that type of practice is 100% unacceptable, and they should cut all ties with PNC for such an unforgivable business practice. FOR YOUR SAFETY, make sure they do not send your financial information to PNC.

Very Satisfied
I was interested in a for escape since i had test drove one a few days earlier at a previous dealership. They couldn't pull through on there deal so i went to a few other dealerships to see the numbers i could get since i know i was upside down on my car. Everyone told me well over 600 for a payment and that was way out the ball park. I pulled into your dealership to see what you had in stock. Tessie Sigman meet me just as I closed the door to my car which you don't see much at dealerships. I explained to her that ik i was upside down on my trade and ik it's gonna be hard to get me into an suv. I told her I was interested in an escape and a 14 model if possible. We found one that fit my needs and was perfect for me. She then went and got the keys and we took a test drive. We got back and it took a while to run the numbers and get the paperwork done but that's normal when buying a car. They then asked me to come back to the finance office to explain the numbers. They were able to work a better deal than I was expecting with my negative equity. They were able to get my payment way lower than expected and then had to add the gap and extended warranty and it was still less than my max payment I was wanting to pay. Tessie Sigman was the best sales person I have ever dealt with and was very honest and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. Yale did a great job and I will come back when I'm in the market for another car and I will also recommend your dealership to my friends, family and anyone else I know who is interested in buying a car.

Friendly Staff
The staff at Classic Ford of Columbia were very friendly and helpful. We were able to come to a reasonable agreement regarding the vehicle I purchased, and they managed to send me home with a smile on my face.

Great Experiance
Once we met Nicole, our experiance could not have been any better. Nicole knows her stuff when it comes to Lincoln. She is very laid back, informative and never pushy. Once we met the other staff we felt like we were home. We thank everyone at Classic Ford for helping us find the right Lincoln at the right price but most of all, making us feel like Family instead of a customer.

Solid first impression
I had not been to Classic Ford previously. Met with Mr. Rico Gibson and worked with him to get the car I needed. He was great to work with, which says a lot because I have dealt with my fair share of non-so-qualified sales people. As result, I left as very happy buyer.

On a scale 1 - 10 my experience with Classic Ford of Columbia was 100! Everyone there are so amazing, friendly, helpful, persistent and honest. I'm very thankful that I was able to purchase my first car in my name at 22 years old. I would recommend everyone to come here and experience the same experience I had.
