Trade and purchase of new truck

A genuine desire to be helpful. But, it took too long to close the deal. I was there four hours and fifteen minutes. The in-car demonstration of Syncride was frustrating because either the app didn't work properly, or the sales rep didn't fully understand Syncride. Nonetheless, he helped me get it set up. I'll just have to figure out operations. I'm excited about my new purchase.

Excellant Experience

The salesman, Mr. Gibson, deserves a "LOT" of credit for facilitating my new vehicle process in a way as to ensure it was a smooth, enjoyable experience. Mr. Gibson knew the (product) vehicle and showed me some features that I was not aware of (even though I had done a lot of research before choosing the Transit Connect model). I walked in the dealership and in less than two hours, I was driving my new vehicle off the lot. This must be "some kind" of record (at least to me it was). In summery -- It was a great experience.

They made it right

I had several problems with my used truck within days after I bought it, and was beginning to think that they had sold me a lemon. I mean, the whole reason I went to a dealership and was willing to pay more than the good ole boys out here in the country, was so that I was getting a quality used vehicle that had been inspected. I finally got a hold of Eilena, and she was extremely helpful, and got everything fixed so that it runs like it is supposed to . I was still a liitle aggravated at the fact, that I had to go for such a long time without the vehicle that I just purchase, but now I would say that my overall experience was good!

Successful purchase

Buying my Escape

When buying a vehicle I usually cringe.. Not so when I went. To Classic Ford. I explained what I needed and what I could do and that is what came about. Very pleased and will recommend Classic to all my friends.

Certified pre-owned success

Wish they could have done me more a favor by giving me more for my trade in and also cut me slack with the for the numerous scratches on the vehicle. But all in all I had a great experience. Sales person was nice and they weren't pushy at all they were there to satisfy your needs. Great place to buy a vehicle from friendly service.

Hassle free purchase

My first visit to look at a truck I was interested in left a good impression. I was able to look at what I wanted and not what they wanted me to look at. When I came back a week later with my wife it was even better. We worked with Rico again and was still hassle free. Im glad we bought the 2010 F250. It is a very nice truck at a good price. Thank you to all the staff. We will recommend Classic Ford to anyone we know.

Trading Up--2014 F 250 Super Duty

If you're in the market for a new Ford or Lincoln, I'd highly recommend Classic Ford/Lincoln of Columbia, SC. I recently purchased a 2014 F-250 Super Duty from Classic Ford, and the buying experience was second to none! Mack Spain and the rest of the staff provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. There was absolutely no pressure, and Mack's truck knowledge combined with his straightforward approach are the reasons why I wouldn't shop for a new vehicle anywhere else.

2012 Ford 150 "Enjoying the Ride"

Classic Ford was our first stop on our way to purchasing a truck. Raymond Jenkins was the first person that greet us with a warm and gentle hello. He and the credit staff was outstanding, going above and beyond in helping us get the financial assistant that we need to purchase this truck. Raymond is all that you would want or ask for in a customer rep. Kelly O'Neill tried many many different ways of creative financing and succeeded, that's what led me to the purchase of this truck.
