Highly recommend!

Best car purchase experience in years. Classic is our new favorite dealer. We will be using them for all our future car purchases and will suggest them to our family and friends. Friendly, helpful staff. Efficient and knowledgable financing. After searching all over central Carolina and driving to meet with 5 other dealers - Classic had the BEST prices, offered the ONLY fair trade for our current vehicle, but most of all they treated us with respect. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent Experience!

Purchase a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT

Andrea greeted us with a smile she was very friendly, patience and helpful throughout the purchasing process. Andrea informed us that she had been working in sales for only two months, but was able to answer our questions about the vehicle we purchased or found someone that could.

Excellent Customer Service

Mack Spain knows the Lincoln brand and was very thorough in explaining all of the features. Classic Ford/Lincoln was open to negotiating a "win/win" price and their follow through has been superb Pleasant atmosphere, no pressure sales, and excellent customer service. Would purchase again from them without hesitation

Highly recommended Ford dealer in Columbia

I recently purchased a new 2013 F150 from Classic Ford. I visited another dealer before coming to Classic and boy was I blown away by Classic Fords expertise and general friendliness. There a big dealer but treat you more like a small town family dealership. I'm a mechanic by trade so I know my way around a vehicle, but my salesman Raymond really knew these F150's. Everything was explained very well in great detail. He will also work hard to find a vehicle in your budget. If you do get yourself a new Ford and it has the SYNC system in it, Eilena will help you set that up and explain how it's operated. The best part is she does all the registering on Fords website so you won't have to fool with it, you get to enjoy it right away. This is a top notch dealership and I hope to do more business here in the future!

Expanding with the expedition

We purchased the Ford 2014 Expedition EL because we wanted more room for family and cargo storage when we take trips. It is a beautiful car and is the 4th ford vehicle we have purchased. We came in after work and Courtland was the first person we met at the door. He is very friendly, good with our daughters and stayed with us to the end of sale. He is easy to work with, no pressure and he made buying a car feel like we were among friends. Thanks for the great service!

Purchase of a 2014 Mustang Premium GT

Both my wife and myself had an excellent experience at Classic Ford purchasing a new Mustang. My original plan was to purchase a used Mustang GT with auto. After looking at numerous Web sites I tried TrueCar. The price difference between a new and used car ended my search for a used Mustang. Ricco was even able to get me a better price with a military discount, etc. I think Classic Ford will come out a winner for those using TrueCar. No dealer in Aiken or Augusta was on the list. The closest in Brarnwell would only offer the price at the dealership. Ricco showed us several cars and explained the different options, which made it clear what we wanted. He took us on a test drive and the price offer was better than I expected. Since I only buy cash purchases I was able to afford a new 2014 for not much more than a used 2012-13. We did think of another color and Ricco found us a car on the computer, but finally decided to stay with the black on back GT he originally showed us. We actually left the dealership without purchasing the Mustang that day to discuss it. (still a lot of money) There was no hassle leaving the dealership without the car. We called the next day and purchased the car.

Great Job!

Why Did I decide to buy from Classic Ford. Classic Ford had the Flex I wanted, that simple. Jason and Jamal did a great job selling me the car. I wasn't really prepared to buy right then. Thanks for the great job, Todd

Great salesman and dealership!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Everyone was kind and courteous and willing to answer any and all questions we had. Charles B., our salesman, came across as both kind and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him! Justin and Jason were wonderful too!
