All the sales staff that played a part in my purchase of

All the sales staff that played a part in my purchase of a new Bolt EVU were very courteous and helpful. The government rebate/tax credit of 7500$ was handled efficiently with little extra time. The most pleasant experience in car buying that this 79 year old male has ever had! Thanks Dwayne Blackmon Chevy. LP

Best dealership in N MS!!

Hands down the best car buying experience I?ve ever had!! Josh and Kenny went well out of their way to help me find a car I loved, within my budget, and made the experience completely painless. Gene and Ms. Diane made me feel right at home while I was waiting. I even visited service a couple weeks later, and Luke had me on my way in no time. This entire group made what had previously been a total nightmare, a memorable experience that I made me feel like they really cared about my business. I am already recommending them to friends and will absolutely buy from them again whenever I am in the market.

I made a purchase and was ecstatic. However; the next day, upon heavy rainfall, I discovered my 2019 Chevy Tahoe was leaking. After returning, Blackmon Chevy was quick to resolve the issue and made me a satisfied customer.

Sales manager rude

We were looking for a used Tahoe and I reached out to Blackmon Chevy to see if they could find us what we’re looking for. The salesman I talked to was very friendly and helpful. The problem I had was with the manager that called when he found a Tahoe was wanting us to basically commit to buying it before it arrived and told me he had new ones he’d rather be selling! His whole tone and the way he spoke to me really shot the whole deal. But the got the tuck in and my wife stopped and looked at it and decided it was in to rough of a condition to buy so we bought elsewhere.
