Seeking good used SUV!

I've received 2 texts from the dealership & sales person - I just haven't had the opportunity to connect with them yet but hope to this week. I'm interested in purchasing a newer used car and hope the good folks at Heafner will be able to find or have what I'm looking for -

Will Never go back

This is going to be lengthy, but it will save you time and money from dealing with this establishment. First and foremost, I will never take my vehicle back to Heafner Motors. I purchased my black 2016 GMC Denali used with 40k miles on it. The previous owner improperly washed the vehicle and caused a lot of swirl marks, water spots, and imperfections in the paint. I took the truck to Mr Pratcher at TBOC Auto Spa and detailing who did a phenomenal job on restoring the paint and applying a ceramic coating. There wasn't a single scratch, water spot, or imperfection in the truck. It was flawless and looked like glass (pictures below). This is where Heafner Motors comes in. My truck had a water leak somewhere and would cause the headliner by the pillar on the driver side to get wet. I took my truck to the shop to have it fixed. For 2 days I could not get anyone on the phone and had to reach out to them over Facebook messenger just to get a response (not the way you would expect to have to get someone on the phone) someone texted me and said they found the leak, they fixed it, and my truck was ready to go. I come in the next day to pick it up and walking up to the vehicle, I was extremely unsatisfied. There was hard water spots over the entire vehicle. I didn't say anything because I figured they would wash off. I take delivery of my vehicle and go home. The reason the water was getting in was diagnosed as the door bolts needing replaced and the door needing realigned. Cool. I paid the $100 deductible and left. On the way home, I realized that the GPS for the nav and Onstar was not working. This was not a problem when I took the vehicle in. I got home and immediately washed my truck to remove the spots. Due to the water sitting on the paint in the sun, the calcium deposits that were left behind etched into my entire vehicle. I used a clay bar, hoping that would remove them, but it didn't. I took my vehicle back to the shop the next day to have the GPS fixed and talk to the service manager about the water spots. He told me they didn't cause those damages and it was something I needed to take up with the body shop manager. After speaking with the body shop manager, he told me he wasn't responsible either. Later that day, I tried speaking with the service manager a second time, but was avoided. Peyton Langston in the service department was very helpful, and none of what happened was his fault. He finally came to me and stated "the service manager said we will have it detailed and they've been doing this for 60 years so they will have it cleaned up." I was very doubtful that they would fix the problem because I knew what needed to be done (polished) and what they didn't offer as far as services go." He also informed me that the reason my GPS and Onstar was not working due to the Sharkfin on top getting moisture to it. That wouldn't have been an issue, if the truck wasn't just "fixed" due to water getting in somewhere else, so they said. I left my vehicle there on Tuesday and was assured it would be fixed when I came back Thursday (today) to pick it up. When I returned to pick it up, i noticed the water spots were still all over the entire vehicle, and now there were fine swirl marks as well that were not there when I brought it in. Due to improper washing, they damaged the paint further. Then, to top it off, they tried to charge me another $100 to fix a problem that wasn't a problem when I initially brought it in. The service manager understood and took care of the charge, but again referred me to the body shop manager for the damages done to the paint. I finallu spoke with the manager and he called Keith Heafner over to talk to me. After explaining the issue to him, His exact words to me were "I don't care how much you have to pay, $800, $1000, $2000, it's not my problem and I'm not doing anything about it." What kind of person admits to causing a problem, but refuses to fix it? I will never take my vehicle back to Heafner Motors.
