John Crouch was excellent to work with on my new Jeep Rubicon purchase. He handled the transaction over the telephone and delivered the vehicle to my home which is 150 miles from the dealership. The next day he called to make sure we were happy with the vehicle.

Went in on labor day to look at a vehicle and found one that I liked. They keep their sales mangers behind an enclosure like the airport control towers.. come on guys are you that special its just a car sale... rude customer service from the salespeople..they all sit outside on the picnic table in front of storefront like vultures and the low-balled me on my trade in by 8 thousand dollars... this type of dealership preys on the week and hard pressed people who need a car...mark the sales manager is a seriously flawed individual who stated to me I should learn to pay my bills...which I have two properties a new motorcycle and a new car and haven't had a late payment in over three years due to a gap in employment..wow that was professional good for you mark you showed your true colors before I had to learn after the fact... consider this review from someone that has excellent attention to detail skills as a former combat veteran and military police officer this place is in serious need of a management makeover...just remember you've been warned and good luck if you think im a bitter customer I could have really cared less just wanted to see what they could offer me and now I know...NOTHING...

In June 2012, we had just started looking for a used vehicle and were not really expecting to buy right away. John Crouch was very helpful in finding the vehicle that was best suited for us! He directed us to a 2009 Toyota Highlander which had many of the features that we were looking for in a vehicle. After the test drive we had no interet in looking any further. John was also very helpful in the negotiation process. We are very pleased with our experience and have recommended him to our friends and family.

All though we never reached a final deal the help I received was awesome! I was out of state and they provided me with great service, calling me back, emailing but done in a way that wasn't harassing or pressuring... I didn't buy a new vehicle from anywhere else bc in the future I hope to work something out with these guys and will def give them another look!

I'd been looking for several months for a pretty specific vehicle, and finally found one through the internet @ Lake Keowee that was exactly what I was looking for. I submitted a request for more info at 11pm, and by 8 the next morning I'd received a call from Dave telling me it was still in stock. The next day I flew down there (I live 6 hours away) and was driving home with my new Jeep that afternoon. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was wonderful - never felt pressured, they all let me know they appreciated my business and I can't swear that I won't make that trip again to buy another vehicle someday. Absolutely 0 complaints about this purchase.
