Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Last year, I drove across the country to purchase a car from Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Mark Williams, the General Manager of the store worked with me personally. I was in a bad position on my trade-in car and he helped to get me into something newer and better. The whole transaction was quick and easy and really helped me out.

Great service, and very helpful. Sales people are knowledgeable about their product and took the necessary time to help me make an informed decision. As a customer who has dealt with other dealerships I highly recommend this dealership above others.

I purchased a new SRT 8 charger today that was ordered on 1/2/12. I have to say this was probably the best experience I have had in my 40 years purchasing cars. From the date the car was ordered I was kept informed of the progress through out the entire process. They gave me the best price of 5 dealers I contacted about the purchase of this car. I have a business trip planned tomorrow and wanted to take the new SRT. They went out of their way to make sure the car arrived in time for this to happen. The car was in the distribution lot waiting to be transported to the dealership and the dealer contacted regional management to ensure the car would arrive in time. On a side not I have 2 other dodge vehicles that I have had serviced at this dealer with nothing but 5 star service. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!!

This was the worst car dealership experience I have ever had. The sales people were extremely aggressive, pushy, and downright abusive when questioned on mechanical issues with the vehicle that were not voluntarily disclosed. The level of poor customer service ranges through all levels of this business, from the sales person, to the finance manager, to the general manager. They only care about getting your money and have no concern of the quality of service provided. Their practices are predatory and downright unethical. Would strongly advise avoiding this dealership.
