Lake Keowee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I would never recommend this dealership. The day of purchase everyone seemed nice but at the same time I felt rushed & because they did not have the car I wanted in my price range I feel like I settled for a car I really wasn't crazy about. Buying a car is a huge decision, I take responsibility in that decision but if I hadn't of felt rushed maybe I would've made the best decision for me. The next day after purchase, less than 24 hrs, my husband called the dealership to see if I could bring the car back & he explained how I was feeling & was told he'd get a call back which he finally got a call back toward the end of the day. They would not let me bring the car back. The contract does say the contract can be canceled if the stellar agrees & they refused. I understand the agreement & all but they could have had a heart & they did not because they don't care about customer service or people's lives & big decisions people make. They only care about the sale. They say they are customer friendly but this is so not true. So now I'm stuck with a car I don't want & there's nothing I can do about it. Just because they didn't have a heart. And they broke mine. Terrible terrible experience.

I was in the market for a new truck. I've seen commercials on tv and heard them on the radio too. So i decided to look them up. I found the truck I've been looking for. I made them an offer online and the sales staff was quick to respond. We made a deal and I took a trip (50 miles or so) to the dealership. Now I'm driving my new Ram and I'm very happy with it. As a first time car buyer, I think I was spoiled with the treatment at Lake Keowee. I placed an internet inquiry regarding an SUV that was a recent trade. I received a call a few hours later and agreed to a test drive. As soon as I got to the lot, I was greeted (but not in the that intimidating way like at other dealerships) with a smile. Without wasting anytime, Bobby, the Internet Director, showed me the vehicle, and we hopped in for a test drive. There was no pressure, no sugar coating, just a straight forward approach to all of the features, the car history, everything. I knew the vehicle was for me, and without any pressure or haggling, or sales tactics, we were able to agree on a fair price without wasting any time. Once the price was set, Joshua, the Finance Manager, made the process a breeze. Signing papers, transfer of title - the whole nine yards. As a female buying a car, I felt comfortable, in control, and taken care of...if and when I buy another car, it will be from Lake Keowee.

Excellent experience, staff was intelligent and honest. First time I have ever bought a car from a dealership and we drove an hour to get there. The owner even came out shook my hand and thanked me for being a customer. I will be buying all my cars from lake keowe dodge.

Bobby is a very good kind person who helped us purchase the car I really wanted. He took his time, there was no pressure to buy. We did buy as he really helped us find what worked and we wanted. (he kept bringing cars we would ask to see and telling us all about them. He is really good and like I said no pressure which means a lot to me. Thank you Bobby for all you're helping and the running you did for us and not once losing patience with us..

We set out to buy a Ram truck locally and none of the dealers here in Brevard County Florida would have anything to do with us. we started searching on line and found Bobby at Lake Keowee Dodge. He was AWESOME!!! The transaction was smooth and was exactly what we were looking for at the price we were able to pay. Everyone there made us feel welcome! the 9 hour drive was well worth it and they gave us a great deal on our trade. We would definitely recommend and shop with them again. GREAT DEALERSHIP!!!

Great prices with friendly and non pushy sales people! Although we were unable to make a deal happen we were treated with dignity and respect 100% of the way. In would definitely recommend a visit to Lake Keowee Dodge!

A wonderful dealership. They have a huge selection and due to volume they have the lowest possible prices, that I have found. The satff did work hard to put me in the vehicle I wanted; i.e. giving me more for my trade than book value. I recommend this dealership.
