AutoNation Honda West KnoxvilleReviews
AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I contacted the dealership service center to help me with my car after dealing with a problem with my starter for longer than I should have. One young man treated me with kindness, respect and compassion. I had already dealt with others who treated me like I was "just a stupid woman." He listened and was quick to come up with a solution. He made sure I was taken care of through the entire process. He gave me his business card, texted me all the information needed and made sure everything was taken care of. They provided me with a loaner car to use while my car was being repaired. When I came back to get my car after it was repaired, Gus recognized me immediately and was quick to help me. I have my car back and now hopefully don't have to worry if my car will start every day anymore. 1st time doing hard car things on my own after the end of my marriage. Where others were not kind, this young man showed me that not all service centers have to be scary and that sometimes a simple gesture of kindness can help me do the hard things. I will return to their service center for future needs and will be sure to ask for Gus!

Great customer service. We had to transfer kayaks and the racks from our old truck to the new truck. The salesman Ettu was great. He had to leave and take his wife to an appointment and came back after to see how we were doing and see if he could help. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle

AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach review
“Shopping” for a new or used vehicle has never been on top of my favorite things to do list — albeit ultimately having the car is a favorite thing! At previous dealerships I have found the process to be time-consuming and displeasing even when I found a vehicle! However, AutoNation Cadillac in WPB has definitely changed my opinion — going there was a most pleasant, seamless, and enjoyable experience from the first point of contact to the culmination of the transaction! Both Rudy and Jack were perfect gentlemen every step of the way making one of my most hated things to do turn into a welcoming and enjoyable and fruitful experience! Thank you Rudy and Jack! D. Toyota of Coconut CreekReviews
Toyota of Coconut Creek review
Dealership service appointments can often be stressful, especially when your car breaks down out of nowhere and leaves you feeling helpless. Working with Tazz completely turned that experience around. Tazz was incredibly kind, understanding, and proactive. Her communication was absolute perfection—before I could even think of a question to ask, she had already explained exactly what happened to my vehicle, what was needed to fix it, and gave me a clear, straightforward breakdown of the total cost. On top of that, knowing I still needed to work, she arranged a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't be stranded or fall behind on my schedule. She truly looks out for her customers. Whatever service or repairs our Toyotas need in the future, Tazz will always be the very first person we reach out to. Thank you, Tazz!

Heller Ford review
Pretty rare for me to leave a review, especially 5 stars on a dealership. Worked with Rich on a used SUV. Great experience and pretty quick in and out of the dealership too. Finance of course gives the options for warranties, and depending on your make/model could easily be worth it. They really weren't too pushy for the add ons, which is exactly why I would go back again. Also, the price is the price. No xx bait and switch. They look to be a very high volume dealer from the middle of nowhere Illinois simply because they don't play the games that we all hate. Very happy with my experience there.

Dave Syverson Auto Center review
Drove 3 1/2 hours hoping to make a deal. Was only willing to since there were so many great reviews. Just got back yesterday. My salesman was Aaron M. What a treat he was. Discovered he was originally from just 30 min away from my hometown. We quickly we able to cut through the chase and make a deal. He was a joy to work with. We also had contact with Jake & George. Each of them seem to have great mid-western values. I will be looking here again when it comes time to look for another new/used car. Excellent service from top to bottom.

2025 Ford Ranger review
Great truck, here are the highlights: time-proven 2.3 turbo engine with tuning potential, overbuilt 10R80 transmission which is shared with the larger F-150, comfortable interior, excellent features, even on the STX/XL trim, roomy 4-door interior. Highly recommend this truck!

Yankee Ford review
Just had a very positive car buying experience at Yankee. From my super helpful sales rep (Mike Dicenso) to master-class finance officer (Nate Brown), the experience was smooth and glitch-free. Yankee's attitude of 'customer first' is evident in everything they do. Thank you Mike & Nate for a first-class bar buying experience.

Champaign Ford City review
Josh and the rest of the team were great! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. They were honest and fair and never tried to upsell us. Josh was probably the best and most honest car salesman I’ve ever worked with in my life. And I’m 47. Haha. I highly recommend going to him the next time you are in the market for a new car. I promise you won’t regret it.

Hurst Autoplex MitsubishiReviews
Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi review
I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Dodge Ram RHO in Canyon Lake Green from Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi. I’m located in Louisiana, so buying a truck from a dealership in Texas could have easily been a complicated process, but Parker made the entire transaction seamless from start to finish. Parker was great to work with—professional, responsive, straightforward, and made sure everything was handled without any headaches. They also gave me top dollar for my trade, which made the deal even better. The shipping process from Texas to Louisiana was extremely easy and well coordinated. The truck arrived exactly as expected, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. If you’re considering buying from Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi, even if you’re out of state, I highly recommend giving Parker a call. They made buying my RHO from several hundred miles away easier than some purchases I’ve made locally. Great dealership, great communication, and a great overall experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!
2025 Ford Ranger review
Drove every mid-size PU truck available. The Ranger Lariat won hands down. More room, better ride, and more power than the Tacoma. I read many of the pro reviews and totally agree, the 2025 Ranger is the best mid-size truck on the market. The V6 will blow you away.
