We had a great experience purchasing our new vehicle.

We had a great experience purchasing our new vehicle. Brett was an awesome sales person. He explained and made it easy to understand all the new equipment this vehicle has to offer. William made the buying process quick and easy. Briton was the one who initially helped us out the first night and he was great to work with. All in all, all three guys did a great job.

I made 3 trips in one day to get my car fixed.

I made 3 trips in one day to get my car fixed. I got my oil changed, tires rotated, and was told I had to submit pictures in order to get my windshield chips fixed. Next I was told to come back there because they had to take the pictures. I noticed after I had driven home again that my tire pressure was not showing up. I went back for a third time to get those reprogrammed. It was ridiculous and unprofessional.

Kimberley - We sincerely apologize for the time and multiple trips that it took to get everything resolved. I can speak to the windshield coverage - we have multiple policies in effect with multiple companies, and the claims process is different for each one. I can only assume they gave instructions for the incorrect company, not the one your policy is with. If you have MasterTech coverage, we can make the claim. If your coverage is with Crystal Fusion, claims are handled by the customer. I can give Service some guidance to hopefully help direct customers better in the future. It was a peaceful and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and pleasant to hang out with. Making the deal was pretty straight forward and uncomplicated.
