Just another car salesman....

I looked for over 2 months, and learned that all car sales people are the same. So I found what I was looking for some where else!

It was better than a trip to the dentist

I wasn't planning on buying a car when my brother-in-law drove us through the dealership lot. As things normally go one vehicle caught our eye and I was informed this particular vehicle was being offered at a special price. I had a number in mind for which I was prepared to purchase this car. It took some discussion with the sales person to get him to see where I was but in the end he met my price and the rest is history. Vehicle is a 2015 Escape SE. The staff and service were pleasant and friendly.

FIrst major service interval for Fusion Hybrid

Brought Fusion hybrid in for 50K service. Andy was informative, friendly, concerned and helpful as we reviewed and serviced what was needed (and not more). He then helped me find the right set of (competitively priced) new tires and they will be installed tomorrow. Excellent customer care! Thanks Andy! Cheers! Jim
