Tim Cook and the sales team at Mountain View Chevy made us feel welcome and comfortable. We walked into the dealership on a whim to look at trucks and were greeted with a smile and a firm handshake by Tim. He listened to all of our requests and suggested the right truck to fit what we were looking for. Took the truck he suggested for a test drive (without a high pressure sales person in tow) which gave us the chance to look and talk in private. No high pressure sales, not a pushy sales team at all. Many thanks to the team at Mtn View Chevy, (Josh Brewer, Sean Standifer, and especially Tim Cook) who all graciously helped us get into our new Silverado at a great price. This was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had and we will definitely refer our friends and family to Tim and Mountain View Chevy for their future car purchases.

Our salesman John Spencer was very nice and very helpful with our purchase of our new car. We were only looking that day but he really had all the answers to our questions. So we decided to go ahead a buy a car that same day. Thanks for all your help!

Your service department really needs to step up their game. They are very slow and if they would just be straight forward about what's going on it would make for a more pleasant experience not only once but twice I wasn't told that my car was ready I had to ask and I was just sitting in the waiting area. I think if you would get these people whipped into shape about what to do it would make it much easier!

Would have been better if they told me when my car was finished. I had to walk to the service desk and ask. When I did they told me it was done but they hadn't had the time to come get me yet.

Our experience waa hassle and stress free here unlike many other places we visited in the Chattanooga area. If you're looking for a vehicle make this your first stop and save some time!
