Just bought a YEEP!

Aaron Williams was our representative he was awesome! My wife and I showed up to look at a Jeep not intending to buy one. Aaron helped us out and 2 hours later we're driving off in a new Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I could not have been happier with our service. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I had the same experiences listed here.

I have visited this dealership a few times. First was with a friend: I am a Mopar fan and was trying to get him to check out some of the newer lines. We aren't spontaneous buyers and said so when we arrived. The salesman took the keys to my friend's truck and started the sell. We reiterated that we aren't spontaneous buyers, to which a "supervisor" approached and first tried guilting us into a sale - "do I go to your job, ask a ton of questions about your products and never buy?", then tried outright intimidation, which almost caused an altercation. The most recent visit was about a month ago. I built the car I want on Dodge's website, got a price I was happy with, and showed interest in buying. Riverside contacted me, stating they could get the car I want. I took off from work to go check out the car in person. The initial interactions were very pleasant... Then the pitch started - which is fine, their job is to sell... But as I explained my situation (first-time buyer, no credit since my business is a cash business) instead of remaining pleasant, providing options for the sale, and talking with me, he chose to be condescending. When I said what price I would be comfortable with, and the car the website had, I was told " well these are what we have, so these are your options". No mention of helping me get the car I want (not even the COLOR I want - again, "this is what we have"), the price I was given for a car with fewer options that was the wrong color - $475/mo. The website quoted me $285/mo. There was also no explanation given for the huge difference in pricing. Everything was a constant air of "you'll take what we give you". When I recounted my experience to other friends in the area, they all said they had similar experiences.

Great service, clean office and wonderful employee

This is the best salesman in Craven county. Know how to work a deal that makes his customers happy.

Great experience

Will was fantastic, he made the process work out very smoothly for us. No pressure and we got the vehicle we wanted at great price. Highly recommended!

One Happy Customer

Charlene is a wonderful person. She listened to all our needs and mad it very smooth. We will come back for our next SUV. it was soooo easy

Buying a new ram Truck. Great job by Will

Will Williams did a great job getting the best deal on a trade in. This is the second Ram I have bought there but it will not be my last.

Great Service Center

Christine in the Service Center Desk at "Riverside CDJ" in New Bern, NC is GREAT! She knows what she is doing and can explain it in technical terms as well as general terms so you and I can understand it. I have been going here for many years. Big problems or little maintenance issues she's got you covered!

Great Experience

2015 Subaru Outback

Our overall experience with the dealership was great. The dealers we worked with were very helpful and very happy to give us the vehicle that we wanted and would serve best for our growing family. I only had one questions about our registration that has not been answered yet but I am sure I will receive one soon. :-) I really appreciate how they worked with us to get us what we wanted.
