SLEEZY USED CAR DEALERSHIP!
SLEEZY USED CAR DEALERSHIP! I called the dealership early today and specifically asked if this car was available. Drove out 30 miles to test drive a dealership in my city so if we liked I can go get this car from Arlington. The sales person kept me on the hook all day. Then at 5:30 asked me to send in the pics of my car so they can put a bid on my car for a trade. By 5:40 I had all pics to them. At 6:20 the sales person called and said the car is sold. He then had the audacity to tell me “I was working to get some deposit so we can hold it.” This was never communicated with me nor the fact that there was another deal going on. I have been driving for 34 years and bought many cars in my lifetime. Never had I been working a deal on a car, agreed on the price and it was sold without notification. This dealership has no ethics or value for transparency. They probably got 500 more than me and I think they need it more than me. NEVER TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!

I waited a while before I left a review for this dealership. During the test drive with salesperson, Adolfo Olivas I notice the tire pressure light was on. When I addressed the problem I was told that they would check the sensors and the tires. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle the light was still on and was told "everything was checked and it had to be the sensor." It being a toyota he said that they could not recalibrate the sensors on the tires. Halfway between the dealership and my destination I ended up with a flat tire on the freeway. The only saving grace is manager Jeff Warfield paying for the wrecker to take the vehicle back to the dealership, and replacing the flat tire with a new one. When I finally received the vehicle with the new tire the tire pressure light was still on. So I personally took the vehicle to discount tire and get the sensors recalibrated myself. Not to mention during the sale the price was increased by over $3,000.00 designated as lo-jack which Adolfo stated that was due to maintenance of the vehicle and upkeep. I would think that, that amount of money would cover the tire sensors at least. It's kind of hard to believe that lo-jack is what they call maintenance and upkeep when there was a posted flyer coaching the sales people on how to upsell lo-jack to customers. I honestly feel that I was lied to and had that extra amount stolen from out of my pocket. I would not recommend Vandergriff Chevrolet to anyone especially my family and friends. You guys need to do better.

Didn't like the comment about the trade in, but everything workout drove away with fully loaded Chevy trax. Carmen stay with me throughout the process. Notice several females coming to her for advice. But the problem appears with documentation having the wrong email address' other then that Carmen Smith earn her money. No doubt she is good at her job would I ever buy another car from Vandergriff only if Moma bear is still there
