That old school "friendly" professional service. Customer Service employee Brandon Allen seems to care more about my truck than I do, all the time considering my financial state and desire to keep FLASH (truck name) running and looking his best. The entire Service team work so well together. I'm glad I purchased my new truck from Vandergriff Chevy, they know it and seems determined to keep me that way -glad!

2 hour wait for oil change
Quick Service Adviser was great, the 2 hour wait for just an oil change was not great. Last couple of trips to Quick Service have ended up in over 2 hour waits. It is understandable if other repairs/maintenance are being done but just getting an oil change 45-50 minutes max especially in "Quick Service" I'm sure there is a skeleton crew on Saturdays but Im sure it is also one of the busier days of week. I guess things have changed a little since we bought our 1st Tahoe in 2003. Just an observation, still a loyal Vandergriff Chevy Customer

Great Experience
Service rep Jason was very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. Besides dropping my new truck off for regular service, I also had an issue with a plastic fastener in the gas cap area which had broken off and causing my problems every time I refueled my truck. Jason listened to my complaint that maybe the part should be made of metal instead of plastic so it would not break so easily. He then checked to see if the part could be replaced with a metal fastener. When he determined that was not possible he then promptly located the part in stock and had it replaced before my oil change was completed. I believe that is going above and beyond for his customers. Excellent service and experience.
