My first Chevy vehicle

It was an awesome experience! My brother referred both my husband and I to Monty Woodruff. He was absolutely wonderful and took such good care of us. He got me into my dream vehicle 2016 Chevy Tahoe.He went above and beyond for us to make sure we were getting everything we wanted. He didn't have that salesman attitude and that's what I really loved about him. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Vandergriff Chevrolet!!!

Vandergriff Chevrolett in Arlington,Tx was Great no pressure,Sales Person , Earl very nice and Austin for financial was great,very profesional.The only problem am still wearing for my car keys is already 3 days and am still wearing,hope today they call me.

Oil change

Damian was very pleasant and professional. There was reading material in the lounge. The television was on and the offered WiFi. They had a coffee station. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

Best Time Ever Thank You Leila

Leila was the nicest person ever. she made it extremely fun to buy my car very informative. She personal walked me through setting up certain features and other thing with my new car. Her personality sparkled . She was very knowledgeable of the care and services at Vandergiff and was able to walk me through what i was getting in service as well as with my car.

Great Experience buying a car From Vandergriff Chevy

Our Salesman Obed was great and he did not pressure at all. The Finance Guy, Jesse, was also great. He fully explained everything to my wife and me.

After days of car shopping, I found myself here!

I'd been shopping for days and stopped in to look at the Chevy Sonic's for my daughter. I met Mark and he helped me choose just the right certified used Chevy with fairly low miles for her. The only thing I wish we could have done a little differently is allow me better use of my "waiting time" in between choice of vehicle and final paperwork. I won't get those two hours back but at least my daughter has a reliable car. Thanks!

Service Department

Do NOT buy a preowned Certified car here. I bought a 2015 Malibu in October and the timing jumped on December 30th. They said they saw "signs of water damage" and I needed to get my insurance company involved. The insurance company come in and ran all these test. The air filter was brand new so no water entered it. There was no water in the oil, and they paid for a third party forensic expert to come out who also said there was no water damage. Vandergriff refuses to pay under warranty even when they know there was no water damage. and said that I had to bring in the service loaner the same day or be charged after my car has been in the shop for 3 months. The service guy, Brandon Allen has been very unprofessional calling the insurance people dumb, and saying the forensic experts were as stupid as his car runners. They still have not fixed my car so I am getting a lawyer to sue. I repeat, DO NOT BUY OR FIX YOUR CAR HERE. Very unprofessional and typical car salesman attitudes.
