F150 recall notice

I got a recall notice for my F150 a couple of months ago. All that was needed was a software update. This simple maintenance was completed to my satisfaction. JC Lucero took me through the process from scheduling to post maintenance review and was never left wondering what next.

Avoiding Christmas Holiday disaster

Trent was amazing working my 85 year old mother in to correct brake problems caused by poor work at another dealership. Failure to properly tighten a “device” caused all her brake fluid to leak out driving to abq and resulting in loss of brake power. All that was required (after diagnosis) was a simple fix that prevented what could have been disasterous results had her brakes failed at the wrong time. Gloria on the phone was also awesome in promptly getting me to someone with authority and then following up to make sure that they had followed through. All of this,of course, took place the monday after CHristmas as she was trying to get on the road to go home to multiple committments!

Trent in service greeted me professionally and told me about how long the service would take for I preferred to wait rather than take the shuttle. The service was completed in less time than he estimated, so I was able to leave earlier then expected. Thank you Trent. He fully explained what was done and advised me on what to expect "down the road".

Best deal in the state on brand new 2022 F-250

Jackie & John went above and beyond for me. It was my 5 th purchase from them in the last 10 years. Jackie and John were were both working and handle my deal them and my last deal on 12/06/2021. I live in the northwest corner of the state and have found that the sales staff go above and beyond the other dealerships I have offered to do business with. Bottom line best trade in value, best financing, and awesome customer service.

New tires give a much smoother ride.

I had my Ford Focus towed to Chalmers for a very flat tire and possible other damage. It turned out that it needed four new tires, which I had suspected, and a tie rod arm. Brandon and others in the service department did a great job, as always. They provided a Lyft ride to Chalmers the next day.
