Took my 2019 F150 in for servicing and for a recall...

Took my 2019 F150 in for servicing and for a recall issue. Brandon was very professional, knowledge and extremely helpful. I had my truck serviced and back in short order. I am very pleased with the service I have gotten at Chalmers every time I have taken my F150 in for any service. I intend to continue having them service my truck and I most certainly will recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

AMAZING Customer service ! Michell D Royal and John...

AMAZING Customer service ! Michell D Royal and John Navelli we’re great with me and my family . They answered all my questioned I had , truthfully and didn’t beat around the bush . Michell kept in touch with me every other day about the arrival of my 2022 Ford Explorer . It came faster than expected . She has been the best car sales person I’ve ever worked with . John Navelli was amazing with financing ! He got me a rate as low as 1.8% !!! He gave me great advice that I will forever remember ! I will not go any where else to purchase a car unless it’s with those two ! Very happy !

Had my car break down and had to trade for a new...

Had my car break down and had to trade for a new car. Bought a car oct. 20. The car is great. But I still do not have any paperwork (as of dec. 7) to get it registered, do not have the title, was also apparently lied to by finance, who told me what i paid included sales tax and other registration costs in my state. He said they would take care of tags and registration and mail it to me .. my state tells me this is not possible. (there was no reason to tell us this lie because we had already agreed to buy the car) So i got a nice car but was treated terribly I have the car in my driveway and cannot drive it because i cant get it tagged. Ive dealt with used car lots who did me better.

James at Quick Lane and his crew are fantastic. Tom and Diego in sales were awesome to work with. I had been in for service and also a new vehicle purchase. Everything was 100%, 5 star service.

Trent in Service

Trent Durham at Don Chalmers Service Department is a pleasure to work with. As a woman he makes any car repair/service an extremely non-stressful experience. He does as he says, which these days is a hard find. Thank you Trent.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great customer service and very easy to schedule an appointment. I was able to call the service associate and he answered the call every time.

To be a great Dealer requires not only a great product and customer service but it has to to be great a place to work and hiring the best they can find and keep a great staff employed for so many continues years! It appears that Don Chalmers meets and exceeds all of these conditions. Don Chalmers staff seem content, happy and excided with their jobs and conditions of employment and the product they represent. This dealers direct and on point recommendations by their Sales Representatives like John Wayne Fife, Financial Advisor Jackie Sidden and Insurance Services by Anastazi Blackhawk-Song Eagle give you the feeling that when you are satisfied the staff will help you with an out the door stress free environment and experience that is definitely standard operating procedures for this company and its entire staff. Their sale representative John Wayne Fife is amazing you could never do better when dealing with this man, I can only describe him as completely and absolutely the epitome of Integrity and Honesty and just a great guy! I'm sure Don Chalmers Ford recognizes these folks as well the rest of their Staff in the other departments keeping the company rated as a Great Dealer in the industry.

Best experience I've ever had with a service advisor. Brandon treated me with respect and his communication was awesome! After 12 vehicles in 40 years, my #1 experience came from Don Chalmers Rio Rancho with both the body shop, and Brandon in service.
