Chalmers Ford

This is our fifteenth Ford and the 6th in my immediate family. By far the best overall experience in purchasing a vehicle. Ron Samayoa is way beyond his years in knowledge of the product, customer friendliness and made purchasing a vehicle a pleasure. Before the years end I will be purchasing another vehicle and my nephew who at one point was a Dodge man has now been converted to a Ford man by Ron. My nephew will be visiting Ron in March of 2015 when he receives a large inheritance to purchase his own F350 Super Duty. Thank you Don Chalmers staff for an enjoyable experience.

The team that I worked with at Don Chalmers went above and beyond to make our used car buying experience as comfortable as possible. At no time did I ever feel pressured that I had to purchase a car that day. They were willing to accept our trade-in vehicle knowing what condition it was in. We have been married for 20 years. With 4 kids in our home we have bought quite a few cars over those years. We have had mixed experience with car dealers in that time, and had come to loath the process. However, we bought a car from Dave Piazza at Chalmers, and ever since then we simple don't buy anywhere else, or from anyone else for that matter (there are other great people there - Go John Fife!). So far we have purchased 5-6 cars from these guys. Jackie in the finance department is awesome and Mike in the accessories department can help you customize to your hearts desire! The employees were helpful, friendly and above all not pushy. One of the most pleasant auto buying experiences We have ever gone thru. We felt they all were working to make our day. And they did.

In my 40 plus years of buying new cars, I hate the process. Until now. Without a doubt the courtesy, efficiency, and attention to detail were superb. A special recognition to John Fife whose professional appearance, demeanor, and help were the best I have encountered in many years. He not only listened to me, he heard what I was saying and quickly ascertained my needs. John Navelli made the paperwork process quick and painless. I did not get the usual pressure to get all the "add on's". Once I made a decision he did not try to push anything on me. It all started while I was on the computer doing some research on the F-150 and before I got off the computer, within minutes, Amy called me and told me what they had available considering what I was looking for. Three other dealers sent me a reply but never called. Respect, courtesy and friendliness across the board.
