Clint welcomed me to the dealership with kindness and...

Clint welcomed me to the dealership with kindness and took the time to show me the vehicle I was interested in without trying to pressure me into something I was not. He listened to my requirements and in a quiet gentle way demonstrated how the vehicle he showed me met them all. I test drove a similar vehicle at a different dealership and Clint was far more knowledgable about the vehicle than the other sales person even though the other dealership was the same brand as the vehicle I purchased. Clint never pressured me to buy. When I did buy, he went above and beyond by cleaning the vehicle himself to my specifications. Clint is a very nice person, and in my book, that sells anything. I highly recommend Clint, and Don Chalmers Ford for employing that caliber of person.

I had to have the touch screen replaced on my new Edge...

I had to have the touch screen replaced on my new Edge and everyone was SO nice and helpful! We couldn't be more pleased! They installed the update, showed me how to use the new features and the inside of my car was immaculate when they were done! Great job everyone!!!

The more I drive this escape the more I love it! Ford...

The more I drive this escape the more I love it! Ford does such a great job!! Driving this vehicle is calming, even soothing. Whenever I get to my destination I'm completely relaxed and ready. From the power sunrooof, leather seats, (heated!) To the 6 disk premium sound system its a joy to drive. I can see out VERY well due to the raised stance of the suv frame which also lends to a peaceful soothing driving experience. Combined with a robust V6 all wheel drive fuel sipping platform I don't think I could be happier! I also think that whomever owned it before took good care of it. Would like to get that tint fixed soon and those couple of repair items. Thank you for helping me trade the range rover in and get into a ford escape limited! Could u assist me with the window tint? I am at home recovering for surgery for the next couple of weeks. Have the time to get that done and would like to. Thanks for everything! Hope all is well! I purchased a uses range rover from this dealership in December, big mistake. Traded it back in on the Escape. Could not have done so without their help. Now I have a reliable suv that I love. Been a Ford man my entire life. The used range rover was the first non-ford Ive ever purchased and that was a mistake. Ive owned a 2001 Ford Mustang for 11 years, and I love it! It's been coast to coast with no problems. I know the Ford Escape will be just as reliable, safe, and rewarding. I recommend Don Chalmers for the nice inventory, the professional service, their patience and good attitudes. They were very accomodating and worked around my hectic work schedule and really bent over backwards to help me get out of that range rover and into the escape.

Patrick is extremely personable, easy to work with, and very responsive. He has an air about him that makes you comfortable and is very enjoyable to talk with. He builds a sense of trust, and is very patient with the customer's own schedules, inquiries, or even indecisiveness. Because of Patrick's calm and friendly demeanor, as well as superb customer service, I had no hesitation to return to Don Chalmers Ford and purchase my second new Ford within the same year. Great job Patrick!

Being 70+ my husband & I don't get out a lot. I went thru the Internet and was interrested in a 2009 Explorer. I got a call that same day from Frank. I told him the SUV was what we wanted,but I didn't know about coming down because of my husbands health. Frank said that he would bring the Ford over and have us look at it and yake a test drive. Frank aid that he would pick us and take us down to pick up the truck. I have brought several Ford's from Don Chamber's and never had any prolems with the vehicles. After looking on the internet Thursday, we had the car in our garage by Saturday. We were made to feel very special. I believe that Frank went out of his way in helping us as much as he did. He even helpd us to get a secong key,by picking up the car the following Tuesday, getting the key made and bringing it back! I'm proud of the Ford Company for not taking bailout money from the Government. Keep up good work. Penelope A May
