Chalmers Ford

I had been using a local Ford dealership for maintenance in Cortez, Colorado (Kesee Motors). At my local dealership I received horrible customer service and attention to my truck. I was very impressed with the customer service at Don Chalmers and was treated very well. They took care of my maintenance issues, and were very friendly. Don Chalmers has restored my faith in the Ford Motor Co., and I will definately go back.

The sales experience was easy, relaxed, and friendly. Frank Cordova was very easy going, friendly, straight forward, and informative. He listened to what I was interested in. The test drive went well and it was pleasant to be able to take the vehicle home overnight to test drive with the family. The sales was not pressured and Frank provided helpful information. Jackie Sidden was nice and friendly in setting up the financing and everything seemed to go quite smoothly.

I decided to move back in the US after a 12 year absence. When I was still in Norway, I contacted Michelle who treated me as family not a stranger 7000 miles away. By the time I arrived in the NM, she had arranged everything for me, so the only thing that I had to do is find financing, which eventually was also provided by the dealership and I had a brand new car 15 days after my arrival. Outstanding support.

They went to great lengths to help a military man like me, no to mention I was a first time buyer. They took time to help me walk away with a new car that I was able to finance by myself. The dealership is more than willing to help, as long as you have the patience. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership they are truly deserve the rating.

She was very informative and patient with all my questions. Jackie Sidden was also a pleasure to meet who assisted me in getting the best possible financing that met my needs. At times when I was alone in the dealership many ford associates would stop to ask if I needed any assistance and were very personable. And when I needed some work done involving the service dept don weber exceeded my expectations by providing me with quality workmanship and service for my ford fusion. As a whole Don Chalmers Ford and their team provided me with the best car buying experience in a long time. I would not hestitate to recommend them to my friends and family. The salesman and finance were very friendly and helpful. We were not please that a part was missing from the interior and nobody noticed until we got home and my husband found the missing part. Jim, our salesman very very helpful and was able to expedite the order of the part. I wrote to Mr. Chalmers but never received an email response back. Didn't feel I was too important...

This was by far the most pleasant car-buying experience we've ever had! Ronnie Baca always listened to us and got us the car we wanted at a reasonable price. Jackie was very efficient and pleasant. I recently purchased a used vehicle through Lee. I have bought quite a few cars and dealt with many salesmen through the years. My experience with Lee and the dealership in general has been so positive. Lee's approach is honest, non- pushy and genuine. Even after everything was finalized, I got a message from him saying he found me another key fob. Nice to know that to some it's not just about the sale but also the follow up. This is a man that cares about his customers and truly gives great service. Ann Marie in finance was also amazing. Efficient, warm and friendly. I will definitely be sending friends and family to Don Chalmers.

My keypad was not working and Mr Weber was my service rep. He correctly appraised the problem when I dropped off my truck and kept me informed thoughout the work by phone and e-mail.

The dealership has an outstanding staffof peopleon hand. From the GM to the sales rep all are there to answer any questions you may have on thier stock or how can I get the cash at a low rate. All try to make a very relaxed and comfordable in the sale of the car / truck you have picked out.
