With the world being like it is time is money and you...

With the world being like it is time is money and you dont want to waste it sitting around a showroom, I went to the Ford web site and look at what was there, I asked for a price from a dealer, with in 2 hours I recived a call from Michelle Royle, We talked on the Phone, we were talking about a F1504X4 or a Ranger4X4 I told her what I was looking for as far as add ons, She said she would call me back in 2 hours and let me know what she had or could find. In 1 1/2 hours I got a call from her letting me know what she had found and were the trucks were at. She gave me prices and all the info over the Phone. I made a Appt with her so I would not waste time. There were 1 truck on the lot and others at other dealers and she was willing to get anyone I wanted.We sat down and walked to the lot to look at 1 truck and she showed me what the one at a dealer would be like,As we were doing this someone looked at my tradein and was giveing me a trade in price. I like both and did the App for buying one and left.She did all the foot work as I was gone doing what I had to. She called me and let me know what deals could be made on the 2 trucks and the pros and cons on both Ranger 4X4, After all the info I recived I told her to set up the one on the lot here in RioRancho.She called me back and told me everything was reddy to go and what time would I like to come in and do the deal.I asked for 6pm she told me no problem.She was able to give me a price over the phone with all I was asking for. We went to the Dealer and Michelle was there and was able to take us right in to see Jackie Sidden.She layed everything out and becasue there was a few changes and she had to work with a Dealer in LasVegas NV on part of the Deal, I was thanking this part was going to be the pain, But she made sure it went smooth and easy. She would show me something and if I did not want it she did not try to force it. well to make this some what short:0) I felt I was being treated as a V.I.P and no one was trying to hide anything or trying to sell me something I did not want, No problems THIS Dealer was up front on everything. I have bought New 1 car and 2 trucks from Don Chalmers Ford in 5 years,Will I buy from this dealer next time YES....in fact I would like to say this Michelle Royle,Jackie Sidden you did a OUTSTANDING Job and Thank You very much You both made me feel welcome.And yes I truly feel this Dealer will treat you as a V.I.P and work with you every way that can be done.

We were very happy with everyone at DonChalmers Ford. Our salesperson John Fife is the best. John never made us feel unwelcome because we were just looking today. John Fife let us decide which vehicle we wanted not just the one he wanted to sell. We went in many many times to look and ask about several Fords. He was knowledgeable about everyone. A vehicle is a necessity and a big purchase so he wants you to be happy about you purchase. Everyone at Don Chalmers was profession and friendly and ready to help you. We would recomend Don Chalmers and ask for John Fife. Thank you, Frieda Ferry

Shopped this dealership with daughter and she has...

Shopped this dealership with daughter and she has purchased 2 vehicles. Our turn this time. Frank Cordova is a good guy and does not make you feel uncomfortable like most car salesmen. He listened to my wife and what she wanted and found it for her and when she changed her mind found the vehicle she wanted to buy. Jackie is professional and did not make us feel like we had to buy all the junk most people in her job try to make you buy. She presented her information answered questions and we went on. Sara works in the pre delivery area and explained some of the vehicle features to us in a very professional way and answered any questions we had. I don't like going to car dealerships but this was almost painless. We will go see Frank again if we ever need another vehicle.

We have had a few bad experiances with a couple of...

We have had a few bad experiances with a couple of vehicles purchased at Don Chalmers. There is only one reason we have returned over and over again, and that would be Ken Willard. Ken always does his absolute best to please hie customers. Not only is he very helpful in sales but evne after we purchased our vechiles. He always make sure we are completely satisfied with our purchase and will do everything in his power to make us happy. that is why we will continue to go to Don Chalmers to buy our vehicles. Thank you Ken, we truly appreciate you.....

My husband and I recently bought a brand new 2012 Mustang...

My husband and I recently bought a brand new 2012 Mustang GT 5.0. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Pete Rivas! He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He let us take our time on the test drive as we made small talk, making us feel right at ease. During the paper work process, Rivas checked up on us every ten minutes or so just to let us know we hadn’t been forgotten about. I did shop around at several major Ford dealerships. To make a very long story short I will summerize this, One dealer was bad mouthing another dealer, which was their parent company, should be ashamed and fired. The other dealer, parent company to the sales person who was bad mouthing them, well they seemed to be on the up and up and even concerned with me. They did not have the truck I wanted and told me they could get it. So we spent the next four plus hours on that truck. I left with them telling me they would secure financing and get back to me. Several days passed. They called told me they needed a few more days. I was ok with that. After a few more days I called them and said let me stop in and get a buyers agreement and I will get the funding from my credit union, I wanted to get the truck now. They told me ok. I stopped in and got the papers. I got to my office and looked them over before I was going to fax to my credit union. Well guess what they switched trucks on me. Not even close to the truck we spent all the time on in the dealership. When I called them they started making lies up on the phone. How do I know because they first told me they could not get that truck any more. I googled the VIN and found it. I called that dealer and they said yes it is on the lot and still for sale. When I called back to the lying dealership they told me oh well we can not get to those number on that truck but the demo they could. It goes on and on and on. I sent an email to the dealership of the truck I wanted and told them what happen. He told me that was horrible and that he will give me a great deal on that truck I wanted. He sent me over the numbers. I wanted it to be the internet price which was 2,000.00 less he told me he had it discounted by the 2,000.00 and per the state of New Mexico had to write it up this way. We spoke for the rest of the day and I decided I was going to stop at Don Chalmers on the way home from work. I stopped there the first time and they were closed it was Sunday, but I looked on the lot and they had two trucks I wanted. That same day I went to the other major dealerships and got caught up in all their lies. Long Story short It makes a huge difference to shop around and see hoe the different Ford dealers treat you as a human and not just another sale. Don Chalmers is the BEST dealership for honesty and outstanding customer service.

Lee Bates provided us all information we needed to make that informed decision quickly such as discounts, rebates, sales, specials, incentives, etc. Since we moved back to NM Don Chalmers is our first dealer of choice for any model of automobile.
