My parents live 2 hours away from this dealership and are in their eighties so the car buying experience by default is difficult, but Flavio Garcia understood this and made it as simple as possible for them. He treated them with the utmost patience and respect. He had the car they wanted to test drive at the lot, was flexible with the appointment time, and walked them through the entire process. My experience with Don Chalmers at Rio Rancho was very positive and I was very satisfied with the job that was done to my vehicle. Don Weber was the person who helped me to fix my vehicle. He kept me informed about my vehicle during the whole time. My vehicle was fixed in a very quick time frame and was very satisfied with the job that Don Chalmers did for me.

I was greeted by Peter Rivas, sales representative for D.Chalmers Ford. I told him that I had done research on the 2012 Escape SUV. I asked if I might take one for a test drive. I was satisifed with the performance of the vehical and decided to purchase one. I told peter that I wanted a Limited with a light colored interior, that reduced my choices considerably. I hindsight I should have waited, but under pressure from Peter I made my choice and am very happy I did so. All that was left was the paperwork and Jackie Sidden took time to explain everythig, in detail, that was involved with my pruchase and the bank loan I was getting from my credit union.

I had purchased a used Jeep from Lee bates after moving from Arizona to New Mexico. A couple of months after the purchase I had com to the conclusion that the Jeep didn't fit my job description and I needed something with more power. Lee was very accomodating when I returned to trade up. They gave me a very fair trade in on the Jeep towards a new F150. When my daughter and I pointed to the truck they had on the showroom floor, he asked if we wanted to test drive it. When we said yes, much to my suprise, Lee had a team of people rearranging the showroom floor, and within minutes we were literaly driving our new truck off the showroom floor. This was the first brand new vehicle I have ever purchased and that was an awesome experience for my 11 year old daughter and I to go through. Lee was fantastic!
