We have bought two vehicles through Zander at Ferguson

We have bought two vehicles through Zander at Ferguson GMC. Both experiences have been extremely positive. Everything was upfront, honest, and fast. None of the pushy or deceptive tactics that many dealerships use. They will be my first call next time we are in the market.

Sam was awesome!

Sam was awesome!! I love 4 hours away. We made the deal over the phone. I did call on other cars similar to the one that Ferguson had on the lot. I wanted a specific Yukon XL. They gave me the best deal by far and were the quickest and most efficient communicators. Lori called me in F&I and took care of that aspect. Very easy and smooth. Lori was off the day we drove in and Patrick was the one that signed me up and he was great as well. We got the pleasure of meeting Gary the General Manager and he is a great guy as well!! This process could not have been any better for me!!

Sales were fine.

Sales were fine. Finance was not. Adds were expensive and not necessary, but I fell for them. Be smarter than me.
