The dealership itself is very nice, the staff is always trying to help you out and make you feel comfortable. This was my first time ever buying a car on my own and both Dusty and Christopher were absolutely amazing. They taught me everything from the process to what I need to look for. I had actually gone to another dealership after talking with them and had the complete opposite experience. Not only did they not pressure me to add on extra costs but they didn’t try to scam me either. If I had to send someone to a dealership to buy a car it would 1000% be them. Even now I still keep in contact and continuously thank them!!!

Changing from my third Toyota Camry to a small SUV was a challenge. Yet, Kenneth McDonald made the transition fun and easy. He and the team at Bob Moore worked with me to get to the price with which I was comfortable. Kenneth patiently demonstrated some of the new features of the CX-5 and offered to answer my questions if I needed additional assistance. He even called a week after the sale to address a question. Quality, professional. Buying a new vehicle is a big decision, even more so in today's economy. Still, Kenneth and Bob Moore Mazda lessened the "pain" and provided a great experience.

Dale was outstanding! He made our buying process super easy! He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with from the get go! We did not feel pressured to buy right away, instead he was very helpful in giving us the information needed to make a decision on the right vehicle for us! Kenneth was a great salesperson.
Kenneth was a great salesperson. Kind, funny, helpful, intuitive. We don't like a heavy sell and he seemed to get that from the jump. Just answered our questions and then once we committed to the sale gave us all the details about the car we could ever need or want. He stayed a little late (i'm so sorry, Kenneth!) walking us through the 468 menu pages in the settings of the car getting it dialed in to my preferences so when we came back to pick it up the next day he could just hand over the keys. Finance dude, maybe Terry, was equally efficient. Just got us in and out super painlessly. David Turley, the manager was as kind and helpful as he was tall, which is quite. From the receptionist to the manager, and everyone in between, the staff we interacted with was tops. I bought a new car a few years ago from another dealership and this experience was night and day. 10/10 would recommend.
