Very Positive Vehicle Purchasing Experience

I just had a very positive experience purchasing a new Mazda 3, even though I was working with Bob Moore Mazda by phone from more than 400 miles away. They had the specific car we were looking for, and I couldn't find one closer. I worked with Matlin and later Terry and both were top notch to deal with. They gave me a good deal, picked me up at the airport, and I had no surprises when I arrived to pick up the vehicle.

Poor customer service

Less than a week after purchasing our 1 year old vehicle one of the tires blew on the interstate on our way to Bob Moore to have some scratches buffed out. We ask for help purchasing a new tire and were treated very poorly for that. We were told to drive over 100 miles on a donut to their shop to purchase a new tire for 240 dollars plus installment cost. We ended up buying a new tire elsewhere. We were told the general manager would be contacting us which never happened. Very poor customer service and we will not be purchasing another vehicle from that dealership.

Buy from John

Bought a used car for our daughter , the process was great only because of the salesman John. He found us a great deal and when arrived to pick up the car he had decorated the car and spoke some encouraging words to her. Will buy from him again , wish other salesmen could learn from this gentleman. Thx John!

WORST SERVICE EVER !!!

I made an appointment to get my Mazda 6 in for a new serpentine belt and a tire rotation. I was told it would take an hour. I even dropped the car off 45 minutes before the appointment. Three hours after my appointment time I called them to see what the hold up was, and was told the car was almost done. I drove to the dealer to find that they hadn't done anything except take off the tires. They had my car for five and a half hours and hadn't done a thing. The mechanic was busy on his phone, checking his Facebook, and then got mouthy with me when I complained. The service people lied to me on the phone and then lied to my face when i went in there. I had to go into the service bay and start putting the tires back on myself before anyone would do anything and it still took a half an hour to get out of there. In all my 37 years of car ownership I have never seen such incompetence and dishonesty and I have dealt with my share of dealers. Stay away from these clowns they are by far the WORST dealership I have ever been to.
