Smooth Car Buying Experience-Top Notch Customer Service!

My wife's car recently received fairly extensive damage during a recent hail storm. After deciding to try to trade it in as is, we searched the internet and found a vehicle that we were interested in at Bob Moore Mazda. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Matlin Mixon (New Car Sales Manager) and Tom Kock (Sales Associate) and the top notch customer servide began. As it turned out, we were quoted wrong during our initial internet contact and Matlin quickly said "we'll honor the price you were quoted". Tom was super throughout the sales process and took the time to thoroughly go over how things worked with the new vehicle. Scott was very professional, friendly, helpful, and quick with the financing piece of the deal. It was a very smooth and enjoyable car buying experience. Here's where Bob Moore Mazda set themselves apart from the others....As we were taking delivery of the vehicle, Tom pointed out that there were a couple of paint blemishes and he asked us to bring the vehicle back on Monday evening and leave it with them and they would fix them and give us a loaner vehicle to drive. As my wife drove to work on Monday morning (less than 100 miles into having the vehicle) a rock was thrown from a truck and cracked the front windshield. I phoned Matlin and informed him what happened and that we were scheduled to bring the car back in that evening to touch up a couple of paint blemishes and he agreed to replace the windshield while they had it! This sort of thing does not happen often in the car business. Most want to make the sale and forget about you until it's time for service. When I arrived to drop the vehicle off Tuesday morning for the paint touchup and windshield I was met by the GM Travis Jacques. He offered my his vehicle to drive while mine was being worked on which was almost an identical clone of the car we had purchased. Before I could leave, he demanded that it be vacuumed and cleaned before I left. I cannot begin to tell you how appreciative my wife and I are for Travis, Matlin, Scott, Tom, and all of the staff at Bob Moore Mazda! These guys went above and beyond and we can't thank them enough!

Average pushy

Average dealership. When the finance guy didn't like what I wanted his attitude totally changed towards me and my family. Made me feel so uncomfortable and that makes me angry. I got the car I wanted but wish I didn't have to feel awkward the whole time for putting my feet down. Regardless I should be treated good in a car buying experience.

First Time Buyer Experience!

My first car buying experience was great! Even after I had bought my car, AJ Adesina in sales and Scott Woolery in financing made sure that I was still satisfied with my purchase and made sure that the car was fitted to my comfort. The business is very friendly and they are super nice and are willing to work with their customers. Overall the customer service was great and I'm so glad that I was able to purchase my Mazda from this specific dealership. For sure hands down five out of five stars for these top employees.

Great Service!

We had a vehicle that had negative equity & began having some trouble. We needed a new car badly & they took great care of us as the process was long due to holiday weekend. They stayed late & made it as painless as possible. I've been a customer of this dealership for many years for my 2005 Mazdaspeed & they have never let me down. Communication is key.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!

I had my eye on a used Nissan Murano that was at this dealership. The internet specialist Kayla, was great at staying in contact with me about the cars availability. I was flying in from out of town and Bobby picked us up at the airport in the Murano. I fell in love with it right away!! Bobby was a great salesman and made the whole experience easy for us. They had complimentary snacks and drinks available for customers, which was another plus. Our finance person, Mr. Davis was very helpful and made that process quick. Overall, it was an awesome experience and would highly recommend this dealership.

Awesome Dealership

Iv2e been a customer of this dealership for many years. We had another vehicle that had negative equity & we really needed to replace it. This dealership took care of us through the long process of purchasing a new vehicle over the Holiday weekend. I recommend them to everyone!

Buying this car was fun!!!

I had a really fun time buying this car. Terry was knowledgeable and funny. When we did the test drive, he showed me all the different features. Then during the negotiations, there wasn't any run around. I got a really great deal and Matlin was straight forward, honest, and a lot of fun. I was laughing and having a great time the whole way through. Thanks again guys!!

Best service ever!

Immediately upon arriving I was greeted with a salesman (Bailey Graham) and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. They allowed me to test drive as many cars as I needed to make an informed decision. Matlin the sales manager was the best he was very helpful in getting the terms that I needed. I can't say enough about how great the dealership and my salesman where. They me feel like a friend instead of just a customer.

Great buying experience!

This was the best car buying experience I've had'. I flew in from out of state, the dealership picked me up with the car so I could test drive it on the way back, paperwork was waiting, I signed and drove my car off.
