Continued Excellence
I've lost count, but I'm thinking that this is my 6th Mazda, and all but one was purchased through Bob Moore Mazda. The one Mazda I purchased elsewhere was not a pleasant experience, which helped me realize that all dealerships and sales agents are not equal. The entire staff at Bob Moore, including the General Manager, who I met in passing, are very real and genuinely interested in serving you the customer finding a car to fit your wants and needs. It's interesting, the one Mazda that I purchased at another dealership, ALL of my service on that car, and every car since, has been with Bob Moore through Yan. Yes, all aspects of this dealership is a class act. My Last purchase, a 2016 Mazda 3, and working once again with Terry Johnson, was a wonderful experience. I can't wait for my new drive to arrive! Thank you all for making what could be a painful event into a very pleasant repeat experience!

Wonderful experience and wonderful car!
We had such wonderful experience buying a CX-5. Customer service went beyond what was expected and made sure we were comfortable while waiting. The process took several hours but it went smoothly and any glitches in paperwork were corrected immediately and efficiently. I hope to purchase many more vehicles from them after this experience.

Outstanding experience
This is the second vehicle that I bought from Bob Moore Mazda, and the experience was outstanding. The entire team was nothing less than exceptional in assisting my wife and I with identifying and qualifying for brand new vehicles. If you think you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle, and may think that Mazda is the slightest possibility then you need to visit Bob Moore Mazda. I highly recommend Mazda for the driving experience, comfort, and amenities. I also highly recommend Bob Moore Mazda for customer service and satisfaction.

The right way to sell cars
I have purchased over 40 cars in my life but was never really satisfied with the whole process until I bought my latest car from Bob Moore Mazda. After an email exchange, I arrived at the dealership and the car I was interested in was gased up and waiting at the front entrance. The salesman met me as I got out of my car and we got in and went for a test drive. Upon our return to the dealership, the sales manager was waiting and I asked him for his best price. No hassles, no haggling, he offered me a very nice price on the car which I had priced online. 10 minutes later I was writing a check to the finance manager without the usual wait or hard sell for extras. The whole thing took about 30 minutes including the test drive. This was by far the best new car purchase experience in my lifetime. Keep up the good work guys!

I visited there on Wednesday, Terry was able to help me test drive two different Mazda CX-5 model and he give me some information that was very helpful in my decision to pick this SUV. It me and my wife 2 month to find the right SUV. I am glad we pick this one at Bob Moore Mazda for the deal we wanted.

Great buying experience
I had a great experience at Bob Moore Mazda. Lam Nguyen was friendly, professional and courteous. I was able to shop, consider my options and make a decision at my own pace without being pressured. This is my first new Mazda and I can honestly say it has been a thoroughly positive experience.

BEST EXPERIENCE CAR SHOPPING EVER
I had the best experience ever car shopping! The salesman Michael Sanchez was awesome to work with! He never was the high pressure kind of salesman. He let me look at my own pace and take the time I needed to make the right decision...unlike others that have followed you around and pressured you into a decision you were not sure about. He helped me make the right decision for me with his knowledge about the car i was looking at. He also was helpful in the color choice since it wasn't on the lot he made sure I got what I wanted. And the Finance Dept. was also excellent in the process that it took for them! Thank you Bob Moore for helping me with this AWESOME 2016 CX5 I now own!!
