We were thrilled to do business with Capitol Ford, Santa Fe, NM. We found ourselves in need of a vehicle “asap” and Trini (Salesman) came to our rescue. We explained what we were looking for and he showed us some options. We decided on a new Ford Bronco Sport, Big Bend and drove it off the lot that evening. Sandra (Finance Manager) helped us with the paperwork and explained the extended Maintenance packages available. She never pressured us, but gave us options. We are happy with the decisions we made and are enjoying our new Bronco. We are keeping in touch and consider Trini and Sandra our friends!

We we’re looking for a Super Duty and had a list of requirements, Greg Trujillo followed through with excellent options, we subsequently drove off in what I call a xxxx of a truck a 2026 F250 King Ranch. Kudos to Zach and Mike for visiting with us during the process.

Decent service. Not great but decent. Repair took a lot longer than anticipated and what I was told it would take. Service advisor was good and responded to info requests. If you are not in a hurry and want your vehicle done eventually Capital is fine. Repairs done well and completely so no issue with quality. Just….man it takes forever to be completed.
