Oil change service

The service technicians were very helpful especially in getting the shuffle bag to take us where we wanted to have lunch while the car was being serviced. The donuts are a nice touch while waiting.

Great service

I had my truck oil change and filter at 3:00pm and was out by 4:15pm... great service!

Faster than expected.

Truck was fixed in one day after being towed in for a warranty-covered breakdown. Didn't even have time to ask them to look at a couple of other small issues before they called to say it was ready.

Shout out to finance who failed a simple request

Requested extension of the temp tags while waiting for the transfer of DV tags to vehicle. Contacted Lithia and talked to David the first time and then Mark the second time. I was assured that they would email it to me. Tags have been expired over two weeks. I have yet to receive an extension nor have I received an explanation as to what the problem may be. It is apparent that, in my case, customer service or follow through is not a priority to them. Therefore I will not recommend nor ever take my vehicle there for maintenance or repairs. Unfortunately the quality of one department reflects on the entire business.

Friendly , clean enviroment and teamwork

Carlos Vigil was very friendly, efficient and showed concern about our problem. He periodically came to update us about the status of the repair. He made sure all things had been taken care of.

Competant Reliable Service
