I attempted to order rubber floor mats with my new order

I attempted to order rubber floor mats with my new order of the Bronco and was told not to. Because my salesman will look out for me due to the amount being spent on the vehicle. Also, I ordered the vehicle from the factory, and it has over 25 miles on it upon picking it up from the dealership.

Totally unprofessional.

Totally unprofessional. Called about a used vehicle said it was there and I had a question and they took my number and didn’t call back. I was off and decided to drive there 1 1/2hrs after the call. Vehicle had a deposit but still never had the courtesy to return the call. I will never even think of considering them! One upset customer negates five happy ones!

Have dealt with Feyer for over 20 yrs and 2 generations of ownership. Always responsive, professional, and doing all needed to get you what you want. After dealing with just the opposite in Florida, went back to Feyer who didn’t disappoint. Within days made deal and car was delivered to my home in FL. Exceptional experience.
