The sales part of stuteville ford is great! The maintenance is awful. Had my truck in their for a month and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Another time I had them look at my truck and fix a wire and the next day my truck broke down in tulsa on 4th of july. Still hasn't ran to this day. I feel like they don't care about the service. My dad has even had problems with the maintenance as well. They need an attitude adjustment. Sales personell is great though.

I recently purchased a used Subaru Outback from Stuteville and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice. I never felt pressured and when I feel pressured at a car dealership, I'm usually out the door. Tyler Hulse was the salesman I worked with and he was very polite and knowledgeable. The sales manager Ron was very nice as well. They gave me a great deal and were very willing to work with me. Kyle helped me with the paperwork after the purchase and is a great guy too. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. There were a few minor repairs I discovered after the purchase and they even took care of them AFTER the purchase! There aren't a lot of dealerships who will do that after they have your money.

These are some good people to deal with enjoyed the process they let me take the truck out I was looking at for an extended drive and decide. I felt the truck wasn't the one I wanted and felt bad because the deal was a good deal. Hopefully we can do business in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
