I got to drive the cars I wanted, got the trade in value I wanted and drove out in the car I wanted. All of this completed in 2 hours. It was a pleasent experience and I totally enjoy my new Optima. I have had my Soul for 2 years and my wife absolutely adores "her" car. Ron did an excellent job for us and when I am looking for my next new car I will go back to this dealership.

I got there late and then went to IHOP for a late lunch. I forgot they were closing at 4:00 PM and held them up about 15 minutes. However, Jeff Campbell and the lady taking the money were very pleasant and didn't seem to mind one little bit. I know they probably did mind, but they made me feel fine about being late to pay. HH Carnival Kia has superb customer relations representatives. I do wish you had a location closer to me (West Nashville, Bellevue, or Belle Meade).

Very fast in and out time. Checked on a problem I was having with the ECO and although they could'nt find any thing he said if if it happens again to bring it back.
