Thought this already posted previously but don't see...

Thought this already posted previously but don't see it... So here it is again...Tim harden was such a wonderful blessing to meet and work with. He made my first car buying experience so memorable! Perfect 10!!! He went above and beyond .. Even came and picked me up at my house bc my old car broke down...couldn't have asked for a better person :) THANK YOU!

My experience @ Universal Kia in Hickory Hollow. I have experienced nothing short of wonderful. My sales person David was kind, sweet and knew everything I needed to know about my vehicle. He also was a man of his word. He followed through with exactly what he said he could do. No hidden agendas... no car sales fast talk. The financing staff was very courteous. My experience here was great. I will certainly come back. I just want to say THANK YOU to them all

I bought my second Kia Soul This past weekend. From the same salesman as the first in 2011, Jason Handcock. Did not intend buying but they gave me a deal I could not pass up. Excellent sales rep, he worked until I was happy and in a new vehicle. Very professional and refreshing to have a salesman that manke the exprience of buying a new car hassel free! Thanks so very much Universial Kia I am a proud owner of my second Kia Soul!

We bought our first Kia in 2008 and had an excellent experience with this purchase. We have always brought our Rondo to Kia to have it serviced and the service department is the best and friendliest we have ever dealt with. Jonathan is very good and the rest of the staff also. In fact, he is one of the reasons we came back to see about the buy-back deal sent to us in the mail. The sales person, Michael Thompson, was very helpful in answering our questions and he and Kramer worked hard with us to get the figures right and "make it happen". Universal Kia in Hickory Hollow is one of the BEST in our opinion! We love our new Kia Soul and our favorite commercial is the one with the hamsters riding in the Soul and keeping time with the music!! THANKS again guys you are the BEST!!
