The staff at Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia really worked...

The staff at Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia really worked with me so that I could drive out in my new car that day! I am excited that I now have a dependable vehicle and the one I have been wanting for sometime now. The payments are what I can afford and I know if I need anything else I can go back to the dealership to get anything fixed.

My experience with Jeff Shipp was amazing! He listened to my concerns and helped me to make one of the best car purchases of my life. I would recommend him and your company to any one. Great experience

I went in only looking at a couple of used cars. They were patient and got the car I wanted I to my budget.

great service

I had a really good experiance here, the wait of course is always a doosie, but they made me feel very relaxed with the wait. Everything was clean here as well, I would come back again if, and when I decide to buy again! Great Job Hickory Hollow Kia

Jeff did an awesome job working to sell me a car. He got me the deal I wanted on a 2012 Kia Rio 5. I have had many compliments since that day (only 3 days ago). A lot of people are noticing this car and liking it. About a month ago, Jeff sold my wife and I a 2012 Kia Optima SX. Wonderful car! I sought out Jeff on my return to Kia earlier this week to buy an Rio 5. He made that possible. Thank you, Jeff for your hard work getting me that deal.

By far, the best car purchase experience I have ever had!...

By far, the best car purchase experience I have ever had! The sales consultant knew I was looking at other makes of cars and he did not pressure me into a quick sale nor did he write me off as a no-sale. On our 4th trip to see him, I left with my new Optima. The sales consultant went way above & beyond to get me the exact car that I wanted. I wanted a specific color (exterior and interior) along with specific amenities. The dealership had to get what I wanted from the factory. I feel like family... a member of the "Kia Family." I love my new car & am proud to drive it. It is BEAUTIFUL & turns a lots of heads! It was well worth the wait. Thanks for the whole experience!

Jeff was great on the phone with me the night before my...

Jeff was great on the phone with me the night before my purchase. I had broken down on I 440 at 5 pm on the way home from work. My car had over 200,000 miles and I needed a new reliable one for my 65 mile one way commute. I called Carnival Kia because of the television commmercials. Jeff assured me he could get me in a car the next day and he did. I am very pleased. Thank you, Sandy Brewer
