We recently purchased an incredibly expensive vehicle from Towbin. I asked several questions where I was told that the person I was talking to didn’t know the answer, but the next person would. The vehicle was used and I asked if there were two keys. The salesman said he did not know, but would find out and didn’t tell us there was only one key until we completed our purchase and then, it was too late to bargain for the second key. In addition, they add a bunch of fees on, so the price you end up paying is 40 percent more than what they originally tell you. I have horrible “Buyers Remorse,” and wish I had never set foot in this dealership. If you are thinking about shopping here, turn around and run away.

Had the most amazing experience buying my 2025 dodge durango!! Our sales lady coco shannnell and our sales manager were amazing and did everything possible to get us in this vehicle!! This is our second time buying from towbin and I will not go anywhere else ever in Vegas to buy another vehicle!!

This is the WORST dealership to purchase a vehicle. I purchase a vehicle drove off the lot10 minutes later check engine took it back to the dealership took them 5 days to check what was wrong they told me they was sending the car to the actions the car had a lot of issues it costed to much money to fix they wouldn't give me another vehicle so the outcome was they sold me a piece of garage. I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from tobin dodge Henderson
