Had some major issues with my 2020 Ram 2500 , and it needed a new motor and the extended warranty people didn’t want to covers it at first but Oscar the service manger went to bat for me and convinced them to take care of it and now I have a new motor !!!

Just purchased a 2008 Dodge Viper for my birthday July 27 I’m going to retire July 28. The sales person was top chef Fred a remarkable sales person that went all out, purchased it over the phone. He took video of it with me with him standing there filming it also started it up in the showroom. Loved it. They’re getting it ready to ship out in an enclosed trailer to Southern Illinois from Las Vegas. Can’t wait to see it. Thanks Tommy

I just took my ram 1500 rho for maintenance service and it was the best service department I have ever been. The service advisors, Mark and Jay were very patient, helpful and understanding. It was a very pleasant experience.

Beware of Hidden “Extras” Towbin Dodge reinforced every negative stereotype about car dealerships and used car salesmen there is. From the beginning, they tacked on a number of “extras” like window tint, GPS, and a clear bra — none of which I asked for. The worst part? The clear bra was clearly old, yellowed, and obviously from the previous owner. When I pointed this out, they refused to remove the $899 cost and only offered a small discount to repair the damaged portioned On top of that, they had promised to tint the front windows, for the $399 window tint fee, before I arrived to pick up the car — but that wasn’t done either. When I asked about it, I got nothing but deflection and excuses. This is exactly the kind of experience that gives car salespeople a bad name. Dishonest add-ons, broken promises, and zero accountability after the deal is done. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Worked a deal with Towbin dodge over the phone because I’m from out of state. Salesman was very dishonest. We had agreed on an out the door price. I wanted this locked in before they ran my credit. I was quoted an out the door price that I was ok with, so I let them run my credit. After running my credit they came back with a rate that was 2-3% higher then what it should be for my near perfect credit score. Then he said it would be agreed on price but I had to pay for a gps that was $895 and also registration was not included. So after he promised on the price it changed and went up almost $1500 at the last moment and wouldn’t confirm my apr% until I agreed on the new higher price. They also wanted to give me 7k less for my trade than any of my local dealers. I wasted hours of back and forth on the phone with these guys and will never consider doing business with them ever again. Now I’ve lost out on the suv I was trying to buy because of their dishonesty. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AND LIARS. These are the type of dealers that give car salesman a bad name. Do your self a favor and go to another dealership.
