Had a rear brake pad failure and pad was cutting into the rotor. Luckily I was close to Rusty Wallace Chevrolet. I use my vehicle for work so I needed repaired ASAP. I spoke to a service advisor about my situation and she was awesome. They got me in right away and advised the front pads were worn as well and suggested replacement. They repaired my truck and had me ready to go in a little over an hour.

We would definitely consider traveling 6+ hours to purchase a new vehicle there!

My experience was very pleasant. How often can you say that about a car-buying experience? I went into the dealership looking for a vehicle and walked out with a great deal and a very nice vehicle in less than 2 hours.

Have been getting the run around for 2 months on a warranty issue which they supposedly sent to GM but when I called GM they knew nothing about it. GM has contacted the service department and hasn't gotten a response back either. Will never buy there again
