We had our car towed and it was a month before we could get any information. When I got ahold of Daniel, he got us a rental car. When I got to talk to Frank, he took care of all our needs and was very helpful with everything.

Still don't know timeline to resolve my issue. Called was referred to parts and they were unclear what needed to be done. Supposed to have someone call me back which still hasn't happened.
