When I dropped my vehicle at hyundai dealership, the engine light wasn’t on.But, I picked ip my vehicle the engine light was on. When I informed to dealership they fix it. it was real bad. They, wasn’t wanted to accountable on it.

It wasn’t very clear, and they added an extended warranty

It wasn’t very clear, and they added an extended warranty without authorization. They also didn’t explain the website discounts very well. I believe there was a lack of integrity in how the discounts were presented, because according to the website, I was supposed to receive more.

The Finance department is very deceptive because they

The Finance department is very deceptive because they sell you things without you knowing about it and if you buy the extended warranty they tell you that you can cancel at anytime. When we received the paperwork it had over 4000.00 in extra charges and when we tried to call, nobody answers and they won’t call us back even after repeated attempts. If you want to buy a car do not go to this dealership!
