Justin was knowledgeable, friendly and was able to facilitate the entire process for us. From test drive to closing everything was smooth and on point. Overall a great experience.

I came in for a class action lawsuit WITH a case number

I came in for a class action lawsuit WITH a case number and they tried to charge me for the work that is COVERED through the case number. I spoke to the manager, Frank and he said that even though corporate Hyundai told me it’s covered, that it was “just a call center” so I’d have to pay. Took it to Regional Hyundai and all the work it needs is covered thru the case number after all.

hank you for your feedback and update. Unfortunately, when you were here the Hyundai case center said it wasn't covered.

Bad service.

Bad service. Bad salesman. No call backs. Vehicle damage. Predatory sales on repairs. Thats why i sold my vehicle

They said we need a new battery, at $420.

They said we need a new battery, at $420. We had the battery checked at Robertsons, and they said the battery was perfectly good. This makes me pause when other recommendations are made...is this thing really needed?

Regular maintenance items are taken care of fairly

Regular maintenance items are taken care of fairly quickly. However if it goes beyond that they are slow. Communication about status on your vehicle is also lacking.

Staff are nice and helpful but every time I come into the

Staff are nice and helpful but every time I come into the dealership it's always $3-400 (this time I was 500 dollars) more than what is anticipated along with recommendations that are not based on facts from service manual! I will not be returning to the dealership to get my routine or any needed service due to these customer service issues! I believe the Hyundai Service department price gouges and recommends unnecessary services! I will not buy another vehicle from Tulsa Hyundai due to these issues.

The experience was fine.

The experience was fine. Not exceptional and not bad. I will return. Imy complaint is that all of my settings (windshield wiper, headlights, side mirrors, etc) were either turned off or adjusted and I’ve had to spend time to get everything programmed back. Also, I received 8 text reminders about this appointment. One would suffice.
