Great service just never have a loaner.
Great service just never have a loaner. This is one of the stated plusses when sold a Genesis. A loaner of equal to what I'm driving. I have a disability and have mentioned before.

The staff were friendly and easy to work with for the most part. Had to tell them a few times to give me a full tank of fuel. Also the detail shop missed a hand full of spots, leaving some old receipts and trash in the truck. Other than that good.

They did a great job having Esspresso machine and donuts
They did a great job having Esspresso machine and donuts and snacks while I waited. They did a full look at everything needing to be fixed and returned my car washed and vacuumed. Excellent service!
