When I called for an appt, I was asked if I had a stock

When I called for an appt, I was asked if I had a stock number for a specific vehicle, I gave them the number, salesman said they have it and would have them bring it around. It was not the same as the card on the key ring that I saw after I returned home. If the car I requested was sold before I got there, nobody mentioned it. I just felt like they wanted to sell this vehicle with over 1600 miles on it. So far I like the car.

Friendly and easy scheduling, but disappointed that the part necessary for my recall repair was not in stock requiring me to return an additional time to compete. If you knew I was coming for a particular recall why not make sure you have the part?

Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. Had my car for 7 days for a thirty minute job. Didn't keep in touch with me. I would call in the afternoon and she hadn't even checked on it. Did not bother to keep me updated.
