Took my truck in and specifically told them to check my A/C drip line, looks like it's missing a part because it drips on the hot pipe coming out of the headers causing stream and my Blower brings it into the cabin. I got charged for over $200 for them to look into it and not fix or address the problem. They went on a wild rabbit hole telling me I got oil leaks and I'm going to need 6 different types of seals and it was going to cost me 6 grand. Like xxx it's an old truck. I know what it needs I didn't tell you to look into that. I told you to look into my A/C condensate drip line. Come to find out there is a missing elbow. I think I need a refund. Going to bring it up to management

My new Escape’s front camera needed service. Springdale Ford came to my house, picked the car up, and took it to the shop. A part had to be ordered so we expected the repair to be done by the next day, which it was, then the car had to be driven on a clear day to calibrate the camera. I guess that SF can’t be held accountable for the 6-8” of snow that we received which kept us from having a clear day that week. Anyway, I was pleased with their service.
