I purchased my f150 lariat from Bates.
I purchased my f150 lariat from Bates. Tommy Shorter. I have been very pleased with it! I recently needed a new water pump. I’m very pleased with the workmanship. Jared Turner waited on me in the service dept. He was very good at keeping me informed on the diagnosis of my issue. And the repair. He called me soon as it was ready for pickup. The repair was done in a timely manner Thanks Bates Ford!!!!😀

Went in on 11/12/25 to get my oil changed and the service
Went in on 11/12/25 to get my oil changed and the service rep said I needed rear brake pads replaced which I agreed to do. I was quoted a price at the time I agreed to have the work done. When I went to the cashier to pay, I was charged over $50 more than what was quoted. They said it was b/c of “shop supplies”. I have no issue but given the fact that they charged me $430 for an oil change and rear break pads, I feel that this should have been mentioned prior to me agreeing to have the work done. Also, $199 for 30 minutes worth of labor is a little ridiculous in my opinion. Although I appreciate the work auto mechanics do, replacing brake pads is not open heart surgery.

Came to look at a Mustang that I saw online, while there
Came to look at a Mustang that I saw online, while there I looked at trucks. looked at Rangers first then a couple of Mavericks. I told the salesman the Mustang was a want, but a truck was a need. My wife and left and talked about it. We started looking at more trucks and looked a the Mavrick again online, the one we purchase. The salesman was fantastic to work with.
