Brought my 2021 Sorento in for its routine oil and filter change. Picked it up a couple of hours later and drive home. The next day, I noticed oil all over my driveway. I popped the hood and noticed oil spilled all over my engine because the idiot forgot to push the dipstick down tightly. So oil shot out of the dipstick hole all over the place. Really? Wouldn’t that be the first thing and last thing you would check before closing the hood?

I had a brake job done on my Kia Sorento on May 17 2022
I had a brake job done on my Kia Sorento on May 17 2022 paid over $600 to have them not tighten lug nuts on front wheels jeopardizing safety. Long story short, my daughter drove from Las Vegas to Los Angeles with wheels about to come off. They only have 5 lugs on each wheel with 4 of them on the front wheels not tightened, a tragic/fatal accident could have occurred. Thank God for His protection and the honoring of his word "No weapon formed against me or my family shall prosper" Highly dissatisfied!

Worst service department ever.
Worst service department ever. Service representative Bailey argues and berates you. The man talked to me like I was his child. I'm at least twice his age. Then the manager Todd defends him and tells the me I'm out of line for yelling after Bailey says he's "doing me a favor for even letting me bring my car in without an appointment." 'll never go back to their dealership for service or to purchase.

They tried to rip me off.
They tried to rip me off. $6K less for my trade than other dealers. They wanted $18K and my 2021 Tesla3 for an EV-6. I went to Henderson Hyundai and made the deal for a better car, Ioniq 5 and $5500.

Your prices are not competitive. Three other dealers were $4600, $5100, $5500, and you were $18300. I believe your massive regional adjustment, all did it but none like you, and your lowball trade offer of $46000 were the reasons why. Others trade offers were $51,000, $52,000, and $55,000 which included the sales tax credit. I gave your salesman a VIN and he brought me out paperwork for a car that was a different color. I caught it but he said it was the right car just a computer glitch. I made a signed offer on this car. Now a team leader comes out with paperwork and says he can't give me more than $46K for my car if he sells me this car for $53K which now doesn't show a market adjustment. So I ask about the difference in pricing and he has paperwork for a different car, the original car I wanted. The salesman was actually dealing with me on the wrong car and this guy doesn't even divulge that when he brings the correct paperwork to me. So he goes back to his office and works up a new deal. Now jacks the price of his car $7500 for a market adjustment and still offers me only $46K for my trade. Also $2500 for a super charger and $900 for an alarm system was added without any mention to me. He was obviously hoping I wouldn't catch it. So now I have an Ioniq 5, a superior car to the EV-6 anyway, and an extra $12K in my pocket by walking out of this joint. Avoid this place like the plaque. You have been warned.

I went out to the dealer to " look " at a Stinger and
I went out to the dealer to " look " at a Stinger and ended up leasing a Scorpion. Jesse "Magic" Martinez was a outstanding salesman. I found him to have expertise, knowledge and the professionalism that makes him a 5.0 salesmen that stands out above average and excellent in which was the prime reason for my lease. In addition, the sales manager " Sal" also made my visit a enjoyable experience. Jim Marsh Kia is a top shelf dealer and rates a "atta boy". They will have my continued business.
