Jim Marsh Kia staff and service were truly exceptional. Loved the ambiance of the lobby which reminded me of a museum. Our salesman, Jesse (Magic) was super friendly and knowledgeable. Magic made our buying experience stress free. Also, the finance specialist, Gino, was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

We have purchased 2 new Kias from Jim Marsh and got great
We have purchased 2 new Kias from Jim Marsh and got great deals on both. The price was right and we had used their service department and were really impressed. However the last time we called to make an appointment we were told it would be 3 weeks to get in for service. This has never happened before in the 9 years we have been going there. So don't know if they are short on techs or just cutting back but it's not good from the customer standpoint.

This dealer is my hands-down favorite, literally of any dealer in the world…and we bought a BMW when we were stationed in Germany! Since 2015, Jim Marsh Kia has been the only place I have purchased my vehicles… My Kia Optima, my Jeep Wrangler and now my ‘22 Stinger. Their customer service and professionalism keep us coming back. And their service department and service manager, Todd, treat us like family! Whether it’s a check-engine light, a safety recall where my engine had to be replaced, a tire change or a regular maintenance check, I will not take my 4-wheeled babies anywhere else. 5-stars all day long!!!
