We had (Aresion/Danny) help us.

We had (Aresion/Danny) help us. My sister wanted to get rid of her ford for a Niro. We had a limited window and test drove earlier in the week and had to come back. Danny let us drive for as long as we wanted and ask a million question. When we came back today they had a model more suited for her needs and it was perfect. Danny and Aresion listed to the terms we had and didn't waste time with the back and forth. They came out with 3 options to fit our financial needs and we chose what worked best for us. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE, NO SHADY TACTICS AND NO TIME WASTED. In todays market of high prices and slimy dealers, you will not find that here. Highly recommend them, stay away from Towbin Kia come here. It's worth the drive if on the other side of town. We actually got what we asked for without a hard time or stress. I can honestly say this was the easiest, quickest and least stressful car buying experience we've ever had

Need better communication.

Need better communication. Made an appointment to look at specific new model, but when arriving for the appointment i was told all were sold the night before. An email could have saved me the trip.

This is our third car that we have bought from Jim Marsh

This is our third car that we have bought from Jim Marsh Kia. And the service is outstanding. You pull up on the property or walk inside the door someone is always there to greet you. I wouldn't buy car anywhere else but Kia. The young man that helped us buy the car, his name is Jesse Martinez ... nick name MAGIC, totally AWESOME, we will send all of our friends that want to buy a Kia to MAGIC.

This is the second car I get with Magic, he was great the first time and no different this time. Magic and Sal both treat me great and for that I would highly recommend.

We called the dealership 3 times before going in for a

We called the dealership 3 times before going in for a test drive. When we showed up, they said the vehicle was on the lot but they couldn't find it. This after earlier in the day, their Internet Manager Cheryl Rucks assured me the car was there and ready to test drive. After trying to convince us to buy a new car (we were there for a used one)..."what if we make the monthly payments fit your budget," Magic the salesperson tried to dupe us. As if total price doesn't matter at all. Just string it out for longer payments and pay more in interests. Does this work on people? It must or they wouldn't try it. This place should be shut down, I cannot imagine working for a business this unethical. I have no doubt that car was never there and they were just trying to get us on the lot to work their voodoo "magic" by Magic the salesman. Be very leery of this place...what a joke of a dealership!

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. it's the 6th time my family buys a car with him. His magic tricks are amazing!! 😃😃
