Worked the deal out before I ever got there. Shakera was quick and easy to communicate with. Got to dealership, Shakera gave us a warm welcoming, drove the vehicle for a while, went in to sign paperwork and was on my way home. Easy as can be, next vehicle purchase will be with Shakera/Mclarty Daniel. Was worth my 3-1/2 hour drive. Appreciate you Shakera!!

My latest service experience was not good. A routine oil change, with cabin filter took almost 3 hours. I inquired why it was taking so long. Dane explained that the tech left for lunch without telling him. I appreciated Dane's candor but this was a major waste of my time. He did the best he could at that point, but no one was on top of this job. I had to go and inquire about the delay, no one came to me, I don't feel in a rush to return for service, Something needs to happen so that a service tech does not just leave in the middle of a job for lunch without letting superiors know, Someone needs to monitor how long a customer is waiting for routine work to be completed.

My experience at this dealership was absolutely fabulous. David, who made my appointment was very helpful. My car was fixed on time and fixed right the first time I couldn’t be happier about the service I received at this dealership.
