Definitely disappointed in the service and sales staff at this dealership. Bought a car about 6 months ago that still had factory warranty in effect as well as their certified pre-owned warranty. Have experienced two $1,000+ repair issues that should have been covered (one of them verified by another dealership, not just my opinion). Neither repair was made or any effort made by either the service or sales team to make it right. Jason Hooe, the managing partner of the dealership, watched the sales and service team try to explain it to me and when they couldn't get that done to my satisfaction, he came out to smooth things over and his way of fixing things was offering to let me trade in my car and buy a new one. He made it abundantly clear that his technicians would not have missed these items on their inspections, even though the other dealership verified that they clearly missed the first repair that was required. Also, as we were in the service lane discussing these issues with the sales and service team, we clearly saw one technician playing on his phone while two others were out throwing a football around...clearly they were laser focused and not capable of missing items on an inspection. I definitely would not recommend doing business with this group based on my experience over the last few months

When we first pulled up we saw Lana , and my daughter and her were in sync And we knew we’re at the right space. And we got a beautiful Ford Explorer and let us drive it and she was great! She is still helping us also.
