Shakera went above and beyond to help us with our new F150. She has a lot of knowledge and was of great help to us. This is the 3 rd vehicle we have purchased from McLarty Daniel, AR.,and we live out of state in Missouri. The dealership and employees have always been great to work with.

Mclarty Daniel Ford was a great place to do business! The staff was professional easy to work with and was extremely fair on vehicle pricing. They did not try to add on a bunch of unnecessary to the price of the vehicle and were below many other dealers on their pricing. Drove 2 hours to get a better deal and plan to take it our go to destination for auto shopping!

Mclarty Daniel Ford was a great place to do business! The staff was professional easy to work with and was extremely fair on vehicle pricing. I purchased my current vehicle, a 2024 Mustang EcoBoost brand new. The buying experience was fine up until you get to the finance officer’s cubicle where they preach a extended warranty to the point you just agree cause you’ve been there for hours and you just want to get home. Fast forward 2 years and I’m looking at an upgrade. I made some online searches and low and behold they’ve GOT YA. I was hounded with messages and emails and it got to the point I decided to go in just to stop the barrage of messages. I showed up to their dealership with some requests that if they can’t agree with let me know up front, you’re just wasting both of out time. I was assured they could satisfy my request and all was good. I think you all know the rest of the story. They’re better at deception than good deals, they make promises they have no intention to keep and they insult the customers intelligence with their generic old style tactics. I was giving them a second chance and they failed miserably. Because their customer service was so bad, (they do not answer their service request phone calls). The last 2 years I have driven 25 miles to Lewis Ford in Fayetteville and have had zero problems. I’ll end by saying that $ before customer satisfaction is the motto at McLarty Daniel’s Ford in Bentonville.

She has a strong sense of urgency and doesn't mess around in getting a deal done. If you are looking for a great deal on a vehicle you can trust Shakera will get one for you.
