Buying a car with Shakera was the best car buying experience I have had in 30 years. In fact, after talking with her on the phone I drove the 8+ hours round trip just so I could buy this car from her. She is very professional, super friendly and answered my questions very well. She explained things as we went along and made sure my Ford Pass was setup on my new car before I left. I advised that I didn’t want to spend hours at the dealership, Shakera had everything waiting for me when I got there. The Maverick was detailed and super shiny for my pickup. We were in and out in about an hour and that was including my test drive. Shakera is a car sales champion! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! GREAT JOB SHAKERA! The dealership was very nice and professional with a great selection, very friendly staff. However, I would have preferred to see better clarity on the website for financing versus cash price of the vehicle that I chose at that time. I reached out to Shakera and she fully explained the pricing to me that I saw on the site as well as the McLarty Advantage add-ons and she answered all my questions. I have had the Maverick for a few months and so far, I like it, it gets great gas mileage.

McLarty Daniel was able to resolve an issue I have had for more than 3 years. The issue was first reported within 6 months of purchase where the passenger door lock would intermittently fail. It was not reproduceable at the dealership. I finally failed a few months ago AFTER warranty had expired. I filed a complaint with Ford Corporate to no avail. I brought my problem and frustration to the MC Daniel service manager and he volunteered to cover labor if I would cover the cost of the part. A VERY fair solution. Problem solved after over 3 years of frustration. Thank you MC Daniel.
