Mclarty Daniel violates both FTC and cars.com policy by hiding mandatory fees in its advertised sales price. On top of the sales price amount on their new vehicles is a $799 fee for wheel locks that they do not disclose until specifically ask for OTD and then management refuses to remove it when asked. I contacted cars.com about this and they referred to the practice as deceptive and called them a bad actor.
