Although I have driven the car a very few miles, I think I will be very happy with my purchase. Giff Mc Donald helped me decide on the car, had a door ding removed, had the car detailed and delivered to Yorktown. The paper work was also made as easy as possible.

Car Functional, Price Good, Dealer Decal Required
The price for the July 4th weekend sale was good with some discounts and the car operates according to specification. The finance manager was very helpful. The sales managers performed well according to the expected new car purchase experience. We distinctly stated our desire to have the dealer sticker removed, but the sales manager stated that the owner must remove it. However, a new sticker will be replaced every service visit. Management's explanation was the sticker is required to receive the packaged, scheduled vehicle service. As the owner I should have the option to not advertise the dealer. As the customer, I believe that dealer advertisement should be the customer's choice.

We were so blown away of how wonderful Banister Nissan treated us. We immediately felt welcome and valued. We found Banister after a horrible experience with Hall Nissan Chesapeake, were at Hall Nissan Chesapeake we were treated as a nuisance and unwelcomed. So glad we found Banister and definitely will refer everyone to Banister!
