Great and Speedy Service

Worked with Patrick and Alan to purchase a truck that had just come in. Amazing service and quickly had everything drawn up. They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Reccomend highly especially if you're military

Great service much I appreciate it from.Mike Pulle

I was stranded out of town after taking a 10-hour trip and need service for my Nissan Altima. I called back to banister Nissan where I had purchased my vehicle for guidance about getting assistance. They assured me that I could use my national factory warranty at any dealership in the country. So I took my vehicle to a nearby Nissan dealership in Louisville Kentucky. Once the vehicle was fixed I still needed assistance getting my car back to Virginia where I live as I was not able to make the 10-hour trip there and 10-hour trip back. Again I called the dealership and was assisted by Mike pulley and Brian Doctor who advised that I could get my car shipped back to me. I really appreciate it this since the dealership in Kentucky kept telling me that this was impossible and that I would have to make the trip myself to retrieve the car. Mike and Brian also help guide me in the process of getting the rental car that I needed covered without having to pay for it myself. Excellent customer service!!

The BEST service ever

I purchased a vehicle and was assisted by Tim Jones. The customer service was the best ever. Tim thoroughly explained everything from the purchase to how everything worked in the vehicle. I was nervous but he instantly assured me that everything would be fine (everything was great) I would also like to thank Tonya Ervin for her assistance and kindness. Both of you are definitely the BEST ever. Thank you.

Unhappy buyer

I have tried buying a car from this dealer twice. The first time I was ready to drive 2 hours to buy the car and they couldn't find it and said they must have sold it. I just tried to buy another car and I told the sales person I would buy it this Friday if the car looked good and the trade was good. The sales person said they needed a non-refundable deposit and I said I would give a non-refundable deposit without seeing the car but I would buy if terms were good. He never responded that day. Yesterday he sent email car was sold and I said I thought we were good since he didn't respond to my email Sunday. He said they had the car Monday and thought all was good but sorry now since he didn't hold it and they sold it yesterday. I am not happy.

Superb Experience!

I have never enjoyed the car buying process...but Tim Williams made this experience smooth and painless. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone.

A satisfied customer!

When I drove in the parking lot I was skeptical because I had a used car that I was not happy with after 3 months. Mr Giff was standing outside and I was telling him the situation I was in with the car and he said, " I got you!" And after that everything was smooth sailing. The staff treats you like family. Oh yeah did I mention I drove off in a 2016 Altama! My first brand new car. Thanks Nissan of Chesapeake!

Giff McDonald was great!

We wanted an economical car for commuting and road trips. We had recently rented a Nissan Versa Note while on vacation, and loved the gas mileage, the steering wheel cruise/audio controls, and ample leg/headroom. So when the time came to purchase a commuter/road trip car, we knew we had to have a Versa Note of our own. We were greeted by Giff McDonald, and felt absolutely comfortable with his friendly open demeanor. Turns out Giff and my fiance grew up near each other, so our test drive was more like driving around with an old friend. He really is a friendly down to earth person..and this is coming from a 52 year old retired military guy, that is normally suspicious of dealership sales associates. Price on our used 2015 Note with 8,000 miles on the odometer, was well in the lower end of GEICO's Fair Market Value, and Nissan offered a better rate than our bank. So, about an hour and a half after driving onto the lot, I was following my future bride to be, as she drove home in our new used Blue 2015 Note. Couldn't ask for a better car buying experience!
